- Welcome to another 1/18 review. It's a bit "rare" that I don't upload muscle car reviews and this is one of those times...
For some reason, apart from muscle cars and Jeeps, I'm really attracted to cool ass older pickup trucks. I actually remembered I had a "Fleetside" on my collection and decided that this Red Stepside was going to be a cool addition to my collection.

Love this body style, had a (real) 70 Chev Stepside and in process of building a duplicate (1/25 scale. plastic kit/GMC) of it in plastic. The diecast you showed in red, the rear fenders seem to be wrong shape, too squared off.
Maybe another casting mishap... Wouldn't surprise me! Haven't gotten into building models yet as it is too time consuming but definitely interested. Thanks for watching and commenting.

DIE CAST CLARITY #1-Great Very Clear Die Cast Videos, but May I Make A Suggestion, Since All Your Videos Are Not Narrated , but HAVE WRITTEN CAPTIONS IN YELLOW, on a black background at the bottom of the screen, May I Suggest You Increase The Font as well as a WHITE on a black background or vice versa as opposed to the yellow , as the yellow is very, very difficult to read, even on Full Screen, or Even So...Casted To A 45" TV Screen, which is still very difficult to read ..Other than these ..In My Opinion Your Die Cast Videos Are The Best Thus Far .. On UA-cam !!!!

I would try more narrated content but it would be slower for me (and not sure if people world understand me well as my accent is not great lol - - I think I actually narrated my initial video reviews!!) Nice pick-up, too bad they made the bed lid fixed and they could have at least made the engine cables and where are the accelerator, clutch and brake pedals? Really AW dropped the ball with this model.
Yeah, they totally dropped it. Too many issues. Looks cool from a distance but man... I expected better.
Yeet! 😳 I always liked the C-10’s. I got excited when I saw the heading for the video! Then you went over things…. So underwhelming everywhere. Sad, cause they really coulda done so much better. It’s like they had a meeting and said “Let’s put this out with doing as little as possible but still charge a pretty penny.” The firewall gap… wow. And if you’re gonna do a pickup, you’d think at least the tailgate would drop. Lol I certainly won’t be wanting this one. 👎
Yeah when I bought this one, I was like: "Hell yeah this one should be cool!" Then I remembered that I had the Fleetside and it wasn't super great... So yeah. Unless found for 50 or less, I probably wouldn't get it.
@@DiecastNewb I’d say I’d even get it around that price for my son to play with, but seeing as that front wheel is already loose, it wouldn’t last long! 😂
