Mine is blue with the cap. I didn't think the doors opened until I seen you open those on yours. They are hard to pry open. I'm not trying to open them by the mirrors like you did. The antenna is already broken off just from getting it out of the box. Lastly, the tailgate keeps falling open, it won't stay shut. I may have to glue it, or better, use some sticky compound that would allow me to open it or keep it closed. I wish the cap back door and hood would open. If your familiar with HWY 61 cars, that's how I like them For the price I paid for this one I thought I was getting that detail, not even close.
@@Migs_Models Wish somebody - GREENLIGHT is my only chance I guess - will finally make the beautiful 1991 - 1999 TAHOE and YUKON as well the pickup trucks 1500 from the same years in 1:18 scale. Stock trucks not low rides or custom crap. For me those are the nicest trucks ever - cannot compare with RR EVOQ/AUDI Q7/BMW X5 -. And I saying that being an european guy. I have the TAHOE in 1:64 made by Matchbox and in 1:24 by ERTL/AMT as a plastic model and more variants in 1:24 by BROOKFIELD but I would jump on a stock 1:18 version in a second !
It’s on google maps lol but west side Indianapolis gotta follow them on insta and fb and you can register to go to their open house. Also not the factory cause that’s in China but their cooperate headquarters.
@@Migs_Models Interesting, I never knew that. I live in Northern Indiana not far from Michigan so Indy is a good 2 1/2 hours away. I am really looking forward to the 1:18 1989 Mercury Colony Park. I love the big wagons, I hope they do it right. Have you purchased any of the BOS resin models from American Excellence? I have several, I never would have believed that anyone would release cars like the 1975 Lincoln Continental or 1974 Buick Estate Wagon in 1:18. I have loved the 70's and 80's land yachts since I was a kid so they are right up my alley. I haven't bought any 1:64 scale cars since I was a kid but I had to get the GL '89 Colony Park with trailer and AW '76 Estate Wagon for my little nephew who loves cars to!
F-100’s were just a step down from the f-150. The f-150 was first made in 1948 but at first it was called the F-1, the rest of the models were the F-2 (F-250), and the F-3 (F-350).
@@Waylon.rowan18 yeah I know about the trim levels but thanks I know the f-100 does not sure about the date when they started with the F-150 is like Chevy was called c-10 it's Silverado it was a trim level not the name of the truck but thanks for help in me out brother
@Joe Blow the F-150s came out in 1975 as a heavy duty half ton pickup and the F-100s were still being made up through 1983 which was 3 years after the body style was redesigned.

Beautiful model. I wonder if Greenlight will also do any vintage GMC/Chevy, Dodge or Jeep pickups in 1/18?
