In this episode I mess around with the Stingray Air Support mod which adds into the game a personal aerial drone to bomb your targets with.

You need a full blown bunker to survive the Stingray's bombs, it's so lethal, that if you were in a zombie apocalypse, the bomber would kill them all in a bombing run.
i like how it uses the Institute's teleport whatever to give it an excuse for appearing and disappearing out of nowhere.

There's a A-10 patch that replaces the Stingray with an A-10 brrrrrrrrt brrrrrrrrrt/napalm style bomb run.
Imagine that with a stuka sound
Supply drop needs a little randomization using a leveled list, that'd balance it with the chance that it could bring you very little ammo for the guns you have but also have a chance of dropping a fusion core or two.
hmm ya that might be a good way to balance it as yaaaa right now it is a bit too overpowered with all those supplies
I think it should be a leveled list which you choose from beforehand. Because if you think about it, they're not gonna send something that you don't actually use. It'd be like the US Army dropping supplies for a sniper crew, but only sending 5.56 rounds.
Idea: From the lab, you load the stingray with supplies you want to use when you call in the supply drop.

Would be very useful if you're the brotherhood of steel or minutemen , makes more sense for brotherhood of steel flying in soldiers by vertibirds and using stingrays to call airstrikes on enemy positions lol
It would be fun if you can drive those planes!!

There was a fallout New vegas mod that added a plane you can fly.
The brotherhood of steel or the minutemen would have the air support it needs lol
The classical music fits surprisingly well with the explosions.

The Xb1 version has been available for a while now. The PS4 version will come if Sony actually works with Bethesda.

Looks like a cool mod, i just also realized that the music playing when you were in the lab and after is Gustav Holst's Mars from the planets series (i recognized coz my band is learning it lmao)
i think the mod could be improved so that you have a holotape that determines what is dropped so you dont get interrupted by a menu all the time and instead of a grenade it could be like a modified laser rifle/pistol that marks the target for the stingray to bomb, as a limitation you could make it so that the target marker can only be used again after a cooldown or requires a significant amount of caps to use each time
soo cool, wish it was part of the base game, also I think the jet should move much faster.
I saw that nick's vim power armour is still damaged from the nucleus in far harbour

Drone is not the word to say, Drones are unmanned things that are controlled by a human operator, the Bomber has a personality of it's own and controls the stingray, it just needs pointers, so just call it a Bomber.
This will really help with bringing the Enclave back.

It's disappointing that there aren't different animations for the different bombs. It is literally just a glorified grenade tbh...

Real world...suppy drops would be lotion and gym socks.
Supply drop needs another level of prompts for type of supply run rather than include everything. That would balance it and make it more of a tactical choice.

I'll download this just for a way to get some damned plasma cartridges. So far, the only way we really have to get them reliably is Contraptions Workshop + a mod that adds extra items to build.
Has the same problems as the unmodded artillery. The marker grenades don't throw very far and using the grenades instantly alerts enemies so they tend to charge at you thus avoiding the airstrike. It was interesting to play around with but not something I'll leave in my permanent mod list.
So I play on Xbox and it won’t stay enabled why is that please help

Im collecting mods so i can make a custom "faction" basically an army of robots, veribirds, stingrays, tanks, actual soldiers, you can destroy all the factions INCLUDING the minutemen.
I would just keep on using the supply drop for ammo because ammo will last longer than nuke or emp

almost everything work in this mod but the recipe for the flares dont appear into the chemistry bench
Adi1980ize A little late but in case you see this I believe it was updated to where you go to the abandoned lab and you go to the terminal and read the 3rd entry for the recipe

kj Paul unfortunately, the mod uses external AI assets, meaning that it’s a mod restricted by Sony. I play PS4 as well, so we’re in the same boat, brother
