Good review! When I first found out about them it was through a review on their t-Rex cologne. Kind of scared me away from the brand tbh but this seems far more tame.
This is more mild, yes, but it’s definitely hard to ignore as well. I do love t-Rex and its earthy aspects. But I do love the smell of dirt and earthy things like dry smoke. T-Rex was one that I really contemplated getting because of how different it smells from most commercial fragrances. I’d be wearing it for myself though and would probably feel a little paranoid that people would wonder why I smelled so odd. I doubt I’d get many compliments, as a woman wearing it. The dudes I know don’t seem to appreciate a woman smelling like earthy smoky dirt (shrug) 😅
@@Nova_nothing_to_do you get the frankincense in t-Rex 🦖 Hmmm, I guess I was so distracted and compelled by the dirt aspects that I missed the frankincense! Thanks for pointing that out!👍
Thank you for your comment! I just looked up Pandan Jelly because I never heard of it before you mentioned this, here’s what Google says, Pandan, or screwpine leaf, gives the jelly an earthy vanilla flavor. Gulaman, also known as agar-agar, can come in powdered or bar form. It's a traditional ingredient in the jelly. “Earthy vanilla” yes I could see that. I didn’t think of vanilla before, but when used and blended well, vanilla doesn’t have to stand out, and that’s a good use of that note in a marine fragrance, I think 👍

T-Rex is my favorite. The smells change from smoky to frakinsense
