Most of the UK still think in Pakistan girls are not allowed in school. I lived there in 87-89. I went to a mixed school, all the kids went school. Btw best 2 years of my life as an 8yr old kid in Pakistan, we just used to doss around all day with NO parental supervision, miles away from home. No 'toys', no games consoles, no tv, completely self sufficient, we'd make sling shots from trees, bows and arrows from some bamboo type plant, kites from bags, cars from clay, balls from rolled up materials, taped up, wander into wild land, hunt animals, catch birds, climb trees. Come home at night. In UK I cant leave my kids outside my house for a second, were trapped here.
