Sufism is the essence of Islam. Basically purification of ones inner-self, exercising piety, compassion, kindness and love. Being inclusive and welcoming.
A great, beautiful and wonderful country. We enjoy watching the country. A country that deserves to become one of the countries that more than a million tourists enter daily. The people know it with their knowledge and heritage such as clothes, music, arts, exhibitions, dishes, etc.

Another great vlog ; filled with interesting observations and giving us details about the places you both visited. Steve: About the video of the men lifting those heavy stones, that's called, "Gutti/Watee" , a traditional weight-lifting competition (as Ivana pointed out) that takes place usually, in rural areas of Punjab - Taxila, is a city famous for this competition. Gutti is a sport that isn't widely known or "played" nowadays. And, speaking of Taxila, just a heads up that it is an important part of the Gandharan civilization - this city might be of interest/worth a visit. Ivana: The music you asked about, from the sounds of it, it could very well be a Punjabi folk song.
I just binge-watched all the videos of you in Pakistan. I have never commented on any video on youtube before.
