Second! This is really good! looking at how you put the pedals together and how the barbets are added is wonderful. better believe that I am taking notes. loving this build. This will help me when it is time to build mine. Cheers and one love.
Thanks, Neil! Second of probably only two! 🤣🤣 I just finished the barbettes so I'll try and post a movie about that soon. And you should know that we had our bi-monthly virtual hour-long paper card meeting on google and your name/channel came up! Folks really like your stuff and are enjoying the recent 1/100th stuff too. Keep it up! -Dan
@dansmith7617 awesome. We definitely need to do a dual interview on builds later this year and post. I would love to introduce my subscribers to your channel. Honestly like you flow. Cheers.
First! When assembling the drum that goes through the fuselage. After glueing in the end cap on one side insert an inner skin that is the length of the drum minus the thickness of both end caps. This gives a shoulder for the second end cap to butt up against. That small drill. Looks like it is from those sets of small drills that get sold on ebay
Correct! I got those bits and they work great for this little stuff. I just got the barbettes finished and I'll be posting that soon. They are not perfect, but do look kind of cool. I'll know how to make them even better if there is a second 410 someday! Thanks for looking as usual and commenting as well. -Dan P.S. "First" of probably only two! You should get a prize, though... 😂
MM! This time I'm going to cut out paper gauges from some other paper models and glue them in place with a little drop of shiny clear "glue" and see how this looks. Sort of an experiment. Thanks for looking and commenting... -Dan

Do you decide to paint all cockpit? How do you want to make gauges?
