Any three pence coins from 1947 or older are 50% silver any from 1920 or older are 92.5% silver

Collecting by design is a lot of fun. I collect canaidian minted decimal coins by design. There's over 300. And then you can skip out *most* of the really expensive ones because there's usually another date with the same exact design.
