Hi Ali, check the pdf file to ensure it has no restrictions. it won't work if the file has restrictions such as passwords

Data tab drop-down.

You may need to check the Excel version on your computer. The version used in this video is Excel 365.

I am using Excel 2019 found that the option is not there as downloaded and installed the 2021 version where the option is.
