dont think you have to loosen anything. have someone else hold the base plate down while you use two hands to firmly tilt up and down, similar to how I did in the video. Make sure you mounted everything correctly as well

I connected this monitor to the laptop via an HDMI cable. The audio works fine when I select the output from the laptop, but when I switch to output from the monitor, there is no audio. Does this monitor not have speakers?

HDMI 2.0 supports 2K@144 maximum. You need to use DP 1.4

it does not have built in speakers. it only has an audio out port which you can connect headphones or external speakers to.
