Hi. Great tour of your beautiful switching layout. I really like your attention to detail, there are a lot of nice scences to be found, even in this small space. I am looking forward to the next ops video!
@@SpringfieldAndWestern Thanks for the kind words:) It’s amazing what you can achieve even in a small space! Your layout is certainly an example of that too.
Looks really good man simple yet functional! And I definitely took a note of that idea for keeping the two modules together with the pins, that is genius.
this is one of the nicest switching layouts i have seen. i don t have a lot of space in my small easter european appartment, this is what i need to do.
@Guilfordrailman haha, glad to hear you moved in a larger space. i am just starting this hobby, now i am in the research stage, and your build is one of the nicest i saw, i ll use it as an inspiration probably. it has to be something similar. :)
Awesome! Scenery and layout are well-done. I wish I had added a run around on my HO switching layout. I'll see if I can figure out how to send you a couple pics, if you want.
Really nice layout! Simple and yet interesting, just the right amount of elements to maintain interest and operation. How did you choose the Northern Pacific ? It happens to be my favorite road ! 👍
@@thomasmcnay4564 Thank you! I wanted to model a railroad I knew nothing about. Being from New England, I always modeled road names close to home but I decided to mix it up this time. I decided on a region to model (the Pacific Northwest) and narrowed it down to NP.
@Guilfordrailman i really need to buy the track but I've been waiting for sales so hopefully I'll get my Atlas code 83 at a discount. I need 7 switches
Super layout. All aspects for swithcing. 👍
@@frankdemski7242 Thanks!

@@nivrothvalachus7969 Thanks for the kind words:) I lived in a small apartment until recently and this was all the space I had to work with.

Well done sir. Just goes to show that you don't have to fill half of your house with track to have fun. Cheers

What's that coal unloader? Who made it?
It’s the Walthers Old Time Conveyors, painted and weathered of course:)
@Guilfordrailman very nice, I plan on having a very similar layout in the same era. I'll have to track one down now
@ Be sure to upload videos of it when you can. Would love to see it!
