The layout is nice. I like the kitchen and family room off to the side of the house rather than being visible from the front door. I love the outdoor space (both top and bottom). Too much mdf shiplap for me though. I like an accent wall (when laid vertically), but shiplap is sprayed e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e. It's a specific buyer for this time capsule home.
Great comments! A lot of the shiplap I saw had wood knots bleeding through, so real wood. Did you notice mdf in som areas?
Wow! The owners have the same taste as me. I'd be devastated to sell. It's gorgeous. I'd finish off the basement, put in a fireplace upstairs (if possible) and more sod or rubber mulch out in the yard for the dirt areas. To me, this is the best home I've seen you show. It is nice to see the Realtors, too. Adds interest. Her body language matched her words. That's a plus. I hope this gets sold to a family that really appreciates the home's vision. Oh, the frontage is spectacular, too. What kind of closets are in the secondary bedrooms?

I hear you Jessie! That's the nature of the beast in Alpharetta, especially within walking distance to their downtown/Main Street area. For this price, if space between homes is important, there are plenty of other locations a bit further out that would offer complete privacy on awesome parcels of land.
