I love Deftones. I support them all the way to fuck around. I’ve seen him over fucking 20 times, but I’m just gonna say good music, but the lyrics suck
And the fact that Chino still had dreads means that they have even started recording on their follow up around the fur, their first video was seven words, and then my own summer
Deftones were the best band to come out of the Nu-Metal scene and transcend it to evolve into a cult following band that just does what they want and still make great albums.
Just wish they were able to bring shaun Lopez on at LEAST the vocal production of GORE. Matt just did not bring them justice and I feel like only Chino is happy with the fact that album could sound amazing on record. I feel like Sergio is just happy to be alive and is down for whatever, but I really think Stephen wanted a heavier album. And I have seen on interview that Stephen would LOVE double kicks on some of his riffs but Abe says that will never happen. So I just wonder what Frank thought about the whole thing ( and I feel like I could be wrong about Sergio as well). Just one deftones fans opinion. either way. I own every album including b sides and rarities and am working on buying every vinyl as well. I love all of you for being on this page and listening to this song :)
