@@SlowRide723 The best 1 that I've seen so far is a 1969 yenko Camaro Convertible (None in the registry at all) It was done for a personal friend of Don's and was ordered as a RS L78 396 4 speed convertible in Lemans blue with white stripes and interior. The lady who owns it has all the paperwork, bill of sale, pictures with Don handing her the keys and his work order for the 427, decals and other goodies Don did to it. She doesnt want it documented due to all the Chevy freaks beating down her door for it. The car will end up going to her daughter who is also a gear head !
@@justonemore7640 🤣🤣🤣🤣 oh trust me ... if she was single .... I'd be sitting on her doorstep scratching at the door like a lost puppy. She will inherit quite a sizable estate and a few Very rare cars also. Her mom's "daily" driver was a 69 Corvette and her dad's was an L89 nova !
You can’t go wrong with any of these. They are about as good as it gets . All awesome examples . Thanks for showing these to us . Talk about American performance. Here they are !!!!
My favorite is either the 68 427 Yenko Camaro or the 69 427 Yenko Chevelle. The 67 Camaro is a beauty too. Didn't realize they had a 410hp 427 with a hydraulic cam
Everyone says Yenko, berger, etc worked the system, but the reality is, they just took the time to learn how to order the cars through the copo system. Chevrolet knew that the options were there, and that it enabled dealers to order factory race cars without having to put them in the public catalog, which might draw the attention of the insurance companies. Ford and Mopar may not have had copo but they had similar programs that supplied would be racers and go fast junkies with the goods to make it happen. It was the Golden Era of go fast, sure the newer cars are faster and handle better but they don't sound or feel (or look) like the classics! Thanks for bringing us this time machine!
That dark blue 67 is just gorgeous. I like that it's more of a cruiser. Could only imagine some road trip on the open highway. Awesome. Fantastic cars, all of em, in every way.
Great cars. I had the crazy opportunity to ride in an original COPO '69 Camaro last year - what a mad beast of a thing that was! The sheer power and torque delivery was bonkers! Nonetheless, when is the Brothers' Collection museum meant to be opening? And where is it location-wise? I'd really love to come and see all the cars at some point.
@@rrmech11 you obviously have great taste in muscle cars. About 40 years ago, my friend had a 71 demon 340 six pack. It was a absolute breathing monster, faster than my 440 charger.....
Great collection. You should feature Cliff Ernst of Goodlettsville, TN. He has every color 69 Yenko Camaro offered with both 4 speed and automatic trans.
I like the Yenko Deuce Nova the best. That solid lifter LT1 350 was a bad ass small block. Only small block from that era that beats it is the Pontiac 400 Ram Air IV IMO
@@jeremythompson9895 lol yeah I guess 1 could say that too. And yes all of those were awesome motors too as well as the W31 olds 350 ! "325 hp " 🤣 more like 425 hp and it stomped it's big brother W30 455 plenty of times !

Beautiful Cars from right around my neighborhood ! I've seen yenko's most people dont even know exist through private orders completed by Don himself!
Could you give us some examples?
Yeah please where are these private yenkos?

I'd love to have a '68 Yenko Camaro. The hood is awesome!
Finally the Yenko Stinger Corvair is mentioned. Love to see one featured on the show.

Ahhhh one of my favorite cars that I only had once a 1967 RS/SS factory 4 speed Camaro.
Grew up in Washington County near Canonsburg pa.my friend had one setting in his yard when he came home from the navy a present from his dad

Thanks Aaron! We'll keep our subscribers informed regarding the opening and details about the museum. Thanks for your interest!
I think Yenko even converted a few Vega's. Love these cars. The 'Brothers" have a great eye. And deep pockets.
@1:57 that hood scoop looks pretty sharp
Great episode!
Thanks!
5 will always be my fav hands down
Very Nice.
Nice. I remember Baldwin Motion
Then just Motion. And Nicky Chevrolet
Baldwins are even more rare. Saw a few at a show in Nashville a few years back

You really dig it ay Kevin? How groovy and boss... 😂

Wow awesome car!

Get well soon man !
Thank you kindly William! Working on it!
Great video and a thumbs up also.
Such a Great channel. Deserves way more subscribers

I like the Yenko Deuce Nova the best. That solid lifter LT1 350 was a bad ass small block. Only small block from that era that beats it is the Pontiac 400 Ram Air IV IMO
Well let's not call the 400 Pontiac a small block ... all Pontiac blocks are considered intermediate blocks from 326-455
@@Powell_OBonez If it's not a big block it's a small block
Can't forget the Mopar 340 or the Ford Boss 302 and Boss 351 either. Or the Chevy DZ 302. Tough call
@@Powell_OBonez the Pontiac 400 started out as a 287ci boat anchor in maybe 1955 or 56. I think one of those years it was. Could be wrong though

Don rated the L72 450/ with a stick the automatic cars were rated 410 HP
Gee, only 410 horsepower...that thing must have been a real dog lol
"Why there are only ten painted this color... well, we don't know." It's because only ten people originally ordered it in that color. lol
Yes and typically it would've had black stripes also so maybe it's the stripe color they only made 10 of ... who knows
Little more tire smoke please.
That's what these cars did best, especially with the original rubber donuts that passed for tires back in the day!
Anyone need a GOOD left nut i'd give it for any of these beauties....................any takers!!!!!!!!

How Much does it Cost to be One of the Brothers? Lol
