- INGREDIENTS INGREDIENTS:
* 200 grams of grated coconut (choose a bit young and coarsely grated)
*1/4 tsp salt
Dough Material:
* 17 tablespoons tapioca flour (-+250 grams)
* 200 ml coconut milk / 1 cup
*1 tbsp oil
Sugar Ingredients
* 200 grams of brown sugar
*500 ml coconut milk /-+2.5 cups coconut milk
* 1 pandan leaf
*5 tablespoons sugar
*1/2 tsp salt
Notes :
*Make sure there is enough water in the pot for steaming
*The steam in the pan must be hot and evenly distributed so that it cooks evenly
