  • Today's cooking is Shrimp Zuddles!
    This is a low-carbohydrate cooking.
    You can make this quickly and easily.
    It's delicious!
    Try it :)
    [Video food ingredients]
    1 zucchini or green[young] pumpkin
    4-6 medium-sized shrimp.
    3 whole garlic ( you can use 1tbs minced garlic too)
    Salt (I used the Himalayan pink salt)
    Pepper (grilled pepper)
    basil powder (you can use fresh basil too)
    5-6 piece of sundried tomatoes. (low-salt)
    2 Italian peppers
    (I broke it and put it in. Recommended use of Crushed Pepper!
    and other hot pepper is also OK)
    Olive oil
    Julienne peeler
    (If you don't have one, you can cut it a kitchen knife.)
    (The product I used is : OXO GoodGrips Julienne peeler.)

    1. After removing only the tip of a whole zucchini,
    Cut it lengthwise using a peeler.
    (Must wear thick rubber gloves or silicone gloves when using a peeler.
    It's easy to get your hands hurt! Don't do it with your bare hands. Never!)
    If there are no peeler, remove both ends of the zucchini,
    Slice thinly in a vertical direction with a kitchen knife.
    *In my case, the middle part of the seed was not used.
    2. Slice 3 whole garlic thinly.
    (When using minced garlic, I recommend 1tbs.
    In my experience, 1Tbs of garlic tasted too strong!)
    3. Divide the sundried tomatoes into 2-3 pieces with scissors.
    (This is my cup of tea! You can use whole size.)
    4. Put enough olive oil in a pan for preheating the law heat
    Add garlic, stir slightly, slide it aside, then (make garlic oil).
    fry shrimp in front of and back over medium heat.
    5. When the shrimp is done, put it on a plate and add enough oil to pan.
    Add a hot pepper and stir-fry with zucchini noodles.
    Add salt, pepper, and basil powder and mix them.
    Add the sundried tomatoes and stir-fry it over medium heat until the zucchini is fully cooked.
    6. Enjoy your meal on a plate!
    ** Tip**
    1. Sunderide tomatoes are a food ingredient for savory taste.
    You don't have to put it in if you don't have it.
    You may use fresh cherry tomatoes, depending on your taste.
    (Of course it tastes a little different!)
    2. If you don't like spicy pepper, don't put it.
    It's up to your taste!
    3. If you're not good at cooking,
    I won't recommend putting garlic and shrimp in the pan from the beginning.
    Fry shrimp first, put them on a plate and then put garlic and oil in a pan,
    After that, stir-fry it in order.
    If you're not familiar with the cooking, you're going to start at the same time, and the garlic is going to burn,
    It's so sad...... You're going to hate cooking. I don't want that case.
    So it doesn't matter if you do it one by one by one!
    Don't rush to cook, don't get stressed and enjoy yourself slowly!

    건강과 맛 두마리 토끼 다 잡기!
    내 몸을 위해 밀가루 면 대신,
    애호박으로 면을 만들어 맛있게 먹는
    저탄수 요리를 만들어 먹는 하루.
    야채에 대한 편견을 버리면
    더 폭넓게 맛있고 건강한 한끼를
    먹을 수 있어요 :)

    [1인분 기준 영상속 재료]
    애호박 or 쥬니키호박 1개
    중간 크기 새우 4-6 마리.
    통마늘 3알 (다진마늘 1작은술 사용도 OK)
    소금 (히말라야 핑크솔트 사용했어요)
    후추 (통후추 갈아서 사용했어요)
    바질가루 (생바질 사용해도 OK)
    썬드라이드 토마토 5-6 조각 (염도 높지 않은 것 사용했어요)
    이탈리안페퍼 2알
    (부셔서 사용했어요. 크러시드 페퍼 사용 추천! 청양고추도 OK)
    올리브오일
    채칼필러
    (없는 분들은 칼로 썰어서 요리 가능합니다.)
    (제가 사용한 제품은 : 옥소 굿그립 Y 채칼 필러 입니다.)

    1. 통 애호박의 꼭지 부분만 제거한 뒤,
    채칼 필러를 사용해 세로 방향으로 길게 썰어낸다.
    (채칼 사용시, 두꺼운 고무장갑 or 실리콘 장갑 착용 필수!
    손 다치기 쉬워요! 맨손으로 하지 마세요 절대!)
    채칼 필러가 없는 경우, 통 애호박의 양쪽 꼭지를 제거한 뒤,
    식칼로 세로 방향으로 얇게 채를 썬다.
    *저의 경우, 가운데 물컹한 씨 부분은 사용하지 않았습니다.
    2. 통마늘 3알을 얇게 슬라이스 한다.
    (다진마늘 사용할 시, 1작은술 정도 추천합니다.
    경험상, 1큰술 넣으면 마늘 맛만 너무 강했어요!)
    3. 썬드라이드 토마토를 가위로 2-3등분 해준다.
    (이건 취향껏! 안잘라도 됩니다!)
    4. 약불 예열 후라이팬에 올리브 오일을 넉넉히 두르고
    마늘을 넣어 살짝 저어서 옆으로 밀어둔 뒤, (마늘기름 내기)
    중약불에 새우를 앞 뒤로 구워준다.
    5. 새우가 다 구워지면 따로 접시에 빼놓고 오일을 넉넉히 추가한 뒤,
    매운고추를 조금 넣고 애호박면을 넣어 잠시 볶은 뒤,
    소금, 후추, 바질가루를 넣고 뭉치지 않게 섞은 후,
    썬드라이드 토마토를 넣고 애호박이 완전히 익을 때 까지 중불에 볶는다.
    6. 접시에 담아 맛있게 먹기!
    *** Tip***
    1. 썬드라이드 토마토는 맛에 감칠맛을 더하기 위한 재료예요.
    그렇기에 생략 가능한 재료이며,
    취향에 따라 생 방울토마토를 사용해도 괜찮습니다.
    (물론 맛은 조금 달라집니다!)
    2. 매운거 싫은 분들은 매운 고추 생략해도 맛에 지장 없습니다.
    이것도 취향에 따라!
    3. 요리가 익숙치 않으신 분들은,
    처음부터 팬에 마늘과 새우를 동시에 넣는걸 추천드리지 않을게요.
    새우 먼저 구워서 접시에 덜어놓은 뒤,
    마늘과 오일을 팬에 넣고 마늘기름을 낸 후, 위의 순서대로 해보세요 :)
    익숙치 않은 상황에 처음부터 동시에 진행하다가 마늘이 타버리면
    너무 슬프잖아요.......? 다 그만두고 싶어지면 안되잖아요...?
    그러니 천천히 하나씩 하셔도 전혀 상관없습니다!
    요리는 서두르지 말고 스트레스 받지 말고 천천히 즐겁게!
    그렇게 맛있게 만들어 먹어요 우리 :)
