Noah also said he wrote from his personal perspective because he has had history with mental health issues along with Chesters death who was a big influence for him around the same time. The whole unplugged album is a masterpiece. Burning out and Never Know are my favorites.
I adored this song even before I knew it was more or less dedicated to Chester in his memory, and I felt like the vocals of this was very similar to Chester, like you said that specific sort of vocal fry Chester would do going into those delicate cleans. finding out it was more or less dedicated to Chester just absolutely elevates it and I definitely thing that choice with the vocals was absolutely deliberate. Love this band.
Yeah it can even be a tribute to Cameron Boyce after the fact since this is used as one of the songs of The Flux from the tv series Paradise City which is a sequel to the movie American Satan which is a retelling of Faust

ALSO: the way Noah and Bad Omens handles grief with music is so moving. I recommend watching their performance of Sympathy by Too Close To Touch
really hope you do the same thing with "Bad Omens - Never know" as it has Unplugged version too! :) great reaction!
I would love to see the whole unplugged album along side the original song in one reaction like this.
Mercy is great, it’s one of my favorite Bad Omens songs, it also has a beautiful live and a beautiful unplugged version.
Cameron Boyce’s performance in Paradise City as the singer of the band The Flux is awesome and it was an amazing performance before he died
They did this same thing with their song if I’m there and it’s amazing. It’s so underrated

One of my favorite current bands
They actually did a whole acoustic album
Hi :)
I'm curious about your reaction to the Polish band The Sixpounder, the song "The Past"
If you haven’t watched the movie American Satan and the sequel tv series Paradise City then you should definitely do
Why does he sound like andrew tate?
