HaHa... yeah those refrigerators back then we're not very attractive. I grew up with them also. On a weird Twist on history I visited Muhammad Ali's historic home and his brother (Rahman Ali) made a surprise visit while I was there. I got to talk with him for nearly an hour. He was there right alongside Muhammad throughtout his legendary life and career, so we covered a lot of historic ground discussing their childhood the Civil Rights era and their friends Sam Cook, Malcolm X Etc.. then Rahman got to talking about Elvis. He got real serious on me. Talked about the respect his brother and Elvis had for each other and their friendship. I had already heard of Elvis in Muhammad friendship but it was pretty cool hearing it documented from his own brother. Anyway, seeing your visit here to Graceland reminded me of that. Back to the frig - 😂 I'd imagine Elvis would have graduated up to a slick, more modern-looking stainless steel frig by now Enjoyed your upload visit to G-land.
