An awesome recipe! Years ago, while cooking in a street mission, I cooked an upside down cake made with Italian Black Plumbs that were delicious cooked...and they turned a ruby red color after spending time in the oven. Sweet, tangy and beautiful - who could ask for anything more? The homeless men loved every time I cooked that desert for dinner. The perfect end to Turkey Paprikash over rice main dish.
