I am Jewish. Not super religious, but pretty religious. I think Borat, both the movie and this are hilarious. In the movie Borat, what his calls Kazahkstani is actually Hebrew. He did this because as an Orthodox Jew, who keeps kosher and everything, Sascha Baron Cohen speaks Hebrew fluently.

Point well made and taken. The question does beg however, would anyone be willing to back down if they thought that they had a chance of returning home (even if it is now a permanent settlement)? It takes generations to heal the sort of damage that has been done in this conflict and as long as there are sons/brothers/fathers of the dead the chance of a lethal act are high. But the blockading/ military strikes and restrictions whereas stalling the terrorists to an extent, create more terrorists.

@comicstew Well, flying (rhymes with Jet-Who?) is always an adventure. Once a pet got loose (that airline allows people to board with their pets, just not goats and roosters) and I had a dog curled up in the next seat for half the flight. Apparently when I was overheard laughing at Borat this caused a high level discussion on the flight deck, the captain finally decided that it was too much trouble to land and instead cut off all the video on my side, just to make sure he got the right passenger.

ESPN sources have reported that LeBron, Wade and Bosh have agreed to play for the Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan after being convinced by a popular tv personality that they would have "Great success!" It is speculated that the only reason to sign LeBron was to get Wade and Bosh to agree as well. Indication of this came during a dinner where the tv personality was overheard saying "In my country, they would go crazy for these two." [pointing at LeBron] "This one... not so much..."

This is because in 1541 the Nationalist Irish Catholics were forced from its own rule by a foreign force (Britain). British then institutionalised their own culture and religion as the official creed and violently suppressed expressions of nationalist identity. In similar comparison, when Israel was established, most Palestinians were forced from there homes and those who stayed became 2nd class citizens in a jewish state.

  • @k2ombs

First off ,I can't imagine why you would be watching this if you don't understand the creative spirit of this. This is a character created by an ordinary man to demonstrate obsurdity.....by BEING obsurd. He is playing a man from a culture that believes primitive things about sex, and religion, etc. The comedy comes in his unflapable ability to always stay in character, when HE knows it's ridiculous to do the things he is. It is an amazing talent.
