@@d1watt Dude, please tell me you didn't actually think this movie was a real documentary... This is a fictional movie shot in documentary style, often referred to as a "mockumentary." Everyone in this movie is either an actor or a famous person paid to be in the film, including those "gangstas." They were nice to Sacha Baron Cohen's character, Borat, because that's how the script for the movie was written.
Note: This isn't to say there aren't gangsters in the real world who will generally be nice to people unless you make them mad or are from a rival gang. This is simply saying that those black men in this film are actors following a script and not actual gangsters.

We went to watch this at the theater when I was in college.
I literally laughed the entire time…. I even laughed the entire ride back to the dorm… and then when I was finally done laughing, I was like “man, that movie actually had a deep underlying social message too.”
