    what if the properties written in family settlement document is not correct, lets say the extent written is 5 acers and the actual land is 4 acers only. and registration completed for the family settlement, can this settlement revoked with the cause that the extents stated in the family settlement is not correct?

    Family settlement document need not to be registered said by supreme court in October 21st 2021, Case no. SLP (C) 25745 of 2016, please you can search it supreme court website, it's available ,

    Hi Madam,
    Need your suggestions on below:
    We are planning to buy a property and it is an ancestor property. We are requesting the land owner to call his daughters for registration. Due to some constraints they are not able to come to the sub-registrar office.
    We would like to know is there any other way we can complete the land registration, without having the landowner daughters presence at the sub-registrar office and take daughters consent on the land purchase and avoid future issues.

      Each of the coparceners have an equal share of the property of joint hindu family. Each of them reserves inherent title in it . So ur family memebers can execute a simple reg.partition deed otherwise Court may appoint a commissioner for partition. So consult ur local lawyer.

    G/mother's selfaquirred property gifted to her g /son 2002. It was revokes in2003. But she sold out to g/son B IN 2012. A also gave same property to B as saledeed in 2017 as per 2002 gifted .
    B continuous mortgaging 2012's saledeed.B have now two saledeeds on same property. Wich deed is original, second deed can be cancele for future problems so plz clarify madam

    Mam we have purchased a plot of 1300 sq feet but sale deed is common for all we have our name on it and our area 1300..is there any problem..?..we will not get the original document they will provide us true copy..so if we want to sale our share of land will we need the signature of all other members

    We are 3brothers am the elderone , my mother is willing to sharing the property equally but one of brothers one is making issues to give more than what he is actually getting my mother done SALEDEED to the younger brother what he is actually getting but the 2brother is filed the case in court on us that without the (2nd brothers ) involvement how can they share amoung themselves and he is keep on sending notices against us (please🙏 medam give a subjection to get rid of this problem)

      If any immovable properties involved in partition deed then it is better to register it. Immediately register the deed and clear all mutation formalities.

    One clarification I have registered property in my name as partition deed in 2017 before this the house was in my father name he was expired in 1991 I have three sisters I am the elder one my mother and my sisters done the registration in my name and in muncipal records mutation also done in my name now my second and third sister is asking share in my house a I said I will not give any share they are going to court for this is they have any right as per law in my property
