I guess down under rb engines r everywhere tho even in some holdens. Mercedes Benz and other European car company's are the reason there is a 25 year law. Which is stupid. Idk why u cant import any car and just have safety glass and a few other things added.

I have a 2001 4 door sedan gtt 25 red r34 nismo spec. I purchased new from New Zealand in 2001.
Best car I've owned and it is a REAL Skyline.

Contact Torque GT or JM-Imports. Their service is phenomenal and have imported cars such as Nismo 400R’s and Honda NSX-R’s to the UK no sweat.

Low-key that 270R nismo was one of the hardest to find in that whole bunch
Looked them up only like 30 were ever made that's insane!!
Not to mention they were released at the same time as the 400R BCNR33 ,(As a Nismo /Nissan launch of motor sports in the 90's ) and witch is now unattainable, .....

The R32 ~ R34 are phenominal cars, after numerous mods. The R35 package is designed to exceed the potential of even the best built R34 spec V-II, and does so quite nicely. Throw a bit of cash at a R35 and it’s a completely different car than a Skyline ever was. It’s called evolution. It’s something that has to happen, and it went great for Nissan. The technology advancements have allowed nearly endless potential through the driveline, lightning fast-deadly accurate shifting from its electronic gear box and transaxle, its a tuner favorite because of its customizability, you can have 100’000 R35 in the same place and not 1 be the same, an R34 specV-II is an R34 spec V-II. I personally prefer the R34, it’s a beast! I like the body lines and bulky appearance but realistically, you’re never going to see that engine dumping out 4000+ hp nor that transmission hold back that kinda power. $100k and a stock R35 will come together into a super car eater, if you can handle controlling the car with that kinda power ;)
I can honestly say - I've never liked the R35's... to "modern" or "angular" for my taste. Besides that, here in the U.S. - any douche bag with money has one & they don't respect them much either.
I personally prefer the R32's, but I wouldn't say mo to a R33 or R34 (maybe depending on color...)

@@jaysclub1885 You'll be waiting for a few years as they (the R34's actually, the 32's can come over to play though) are still not legal to import to the US yet.
Iron Man98 you can actually import them, but can’t be registered or driven until the 25yrs law, so storage in the garage for 4-5 more years.
I hope skylines are NEVER legal in the US. Sorry.. Y'all just stick to mustangs

This is why I wouldn’t personally go through an import dealer in the States to source a JDM car, I’d go to Japan and pick it out myself.
The last one we got we didn`t even fly over. Just bought it with a good grade and shipped it :)

tommy karia im sure ran their own ECU and offered their own build with turbos intakes etc only 30 were built full catalogue with all cosmetic and power upgrades, loving this video been drooling over craft sports inventory online for years

@@kingdavid8870 Nissan spent millions of dollars perfecting the car. Nothing wrong with a few modifications to make it run better, but anything extreme is going to ruin it. For one thing it hurts reliability, you're going to spend more time working on it that driving it. All of that power is going to be useless anyways unless you live on a race track.
But what i was mainly talking about was the stupid visual modifications. Body kits and big wings etc.

I’m a full blooded V8 American car guy but certainly love and respect all those iconic Japanese performance cars but this dealer/lot blew me away for sure. The rows and rows of Skylines are insane!
What a great place to get buyers remorse! You buy what seems to be the perfect skyline and as you drive it out of the lot, you see a nicer one! Hurray!
