Excellent review, mate! The first gear review that I have watched start to finish in a while 👍 Really good to see the pack with pouches attached and what you can get in them, so thanks. Will sub and watch more of your vids. All the best
Hi Clivehope youre well. Been watching some of your helikon bergan vids and really considering it as a day/summer overnight pack . Do have the Savotta m which probably covers the same bases really. I Do like the bushcrafty look of the bergan though. I know you have both these packs so wondered which you prefer for differant applications i.e. daypack., overnighter and a longer 2/3 day carry.
G'day all good here, how about yourself? The preference comes down, how much I want to carry inside and don't mind carrying outside. I have used the bergen over a 7 day and 6-night hike in the bush and it worked great. The savotta I am still playing with and have invested in many 😁savotta pouches to make it more versatile. Comfort wise, I find the Bergen more comfortable for the lighter/smaller loads. Think about adding the four SERE pouches on the Bergen, saves a lot of room inside the pack. I hope this has helped. All the best Clive 🤠
@@CDPOutdoors Thank you Clive . I will probably end up getting the bergan even if its as a day pack . Yeah saw a few vids you did with the bergan . Looks a good pack . Take care 👍🏕
Have enjoyed your review and how you have a place or pouch for everything. I had my eyes on the LL.Bean Continental rustic pack, but you have changed my mind with all those add ones. I've just come across your channel. Florida
You're very resourceful with it. Didn't think it could fit so much.
Thank you.
I love experimenting to find different ways.
All the best.
