The dept that Ruan Mei mentioned was that during her research into the Propagation, she cloned an Emanator of Propagation, if you can remember that quest where we had to fight it. It was presumed that it was Luocha who provided her with the sample she needed to clone the Emenator since in his coffin is a piece of the Propagation.
