- In this EP 02, I share with you the entire information I have regarding the First Dzukou Valley Festival 2018. My trip was organised by India trail, an Eco tour agency in Kohima, Nagaland, catering to Northeast India travel, and which is slowly spreading its wings outside Northeast India too.
Hear me talk around different treks in the Dzukou valley, about the mystery pond and natural caves, to the night organisers who discuss the challenges they face in organising the night activities, bonfire and live music events that happen every night (from 8 pm to 10 pm) after dinner.
In the last leg of this Vlog, you can hear me singing a tribal song from Nagaland. Can you guess of which tribe it is from?

I don't support this festival and the bringing of the helipad here cuz it makes the whole trekking very cheap and common ..like making it accessible for any person to easily take the trek.
Dzuku valley for me should be completely away from activities concerning town life(unlike the available helipad,road and what not) ..... The fun in undertaking dzuku trip should be a complete adventure(very difficult trek and near impossible)... Like man Vs wild, only accessible by those hearts who has the love for nature and adventure ,and is ready to undergo physical exhaustion to reach up to the top paradise of dzuku.
Once dzuku becomes easily reachable I'm afraid pollution will start to grow more speedily than it is already. I want this dzuku to remain completely eco friendly and adventurous ....
I know this is not the appropriate platform to share my concern but .......
I'm dying to go there...No time😭
