@@quicksilver984 That depends on how much you make as a part time driver! If you're making over $40k/year then an LLC taxed as an S Corp could save you thousands per year in taxes. And yes, you can deduct all of the fees related to starting and maintaining your business every tax season.
@@quicksilver984 You can, you actually don't even need an LLC or any business entity to be able to deduct it. Regarding the above, if you make over 40k net profit a year it will make sense to form an S Corp or LLC w/ S Corp election - I'd recommend doing a search to learn more!
Do I need to obtain commercial insurance for using my car in the LLC and maintain my personal insurance for personal usage? Also, do I lease my personal vehicle to the LLC or gift/sell it to the LLC? In other words, how does the car become part of the company?
It's the same process with any service you use. Every step in the video needs to be done wether you do it yourself or through a service. It's just easier to use a service.

After you get your LLC,EIN,DUN you can apply for a free business checkings account through American Express and funnel all your earning through it. From there as your account grows you have leeway to apply for your first business credit card. Then after some time you can apply for your first business loan and stop driving for these companies. You’re welcome.
