idk, capaldi is my favourite doctor definitely but from a visual standpoint i think 13 takes the cake (the re-destroyed gallifrey, for example) idk it's got some pretty powerful moments
@kermitenthusiast485 13 has some specific individual shots that are nice but the era is pretty badly shot. It cuts between shots poorly and 80% of the shots are just mid close ups. Extremely boringly blocked.
I need Doctor Who to continue for the next 60 years, so when I die of old age at 90 it's still going. I don't know what I'd do without this masterpiece 💚💙

Even though Doctor Who can sometimes have bad special effects, they never mess up on the beauty of environments, scenery, transitions and music.
