He does, however, communicate psionically, which is why I didn't include the robotic filter over his voice - I imagine that's what it sounds like when he broadcasts directly into your head.
Just googled "how to do a basic robot voice filter". IIRC it's like a second copy of the audio track with a 0.25 second delay and a quarter tone pitch up or down.

i know Vamprah doesnt speak and all, but honestly, the idea of them projecting a breathy whisper like black phillip is just... it paralizes me to hear... every sound around me ceases... and im afraid to breath to loudly, less preturb them... and that feels perfect. Maybe im a bit biased given that Vamprah was my favorite of the 3 mukuta of their wave.
I never would have equated Reznov and Krika as being one and the same, but I can see why you chose that Reznov quote for Krika, as that sounds exactly like something he would have said!
I love Icarax's choice in VA. That line had me envisioning Icarax issuing orders to his Toa Hagah team to commit some horrid atrocity, or face execution themselves. Not that any Toa team worth their masks would carry out such an order, but still, a cool thought.
Krika has with only that quote alone already the most interresting point and character concept of his mindset. Like a lost veteran reflecting someone the hard truth.
Krika canonically brought up the idea that the Makuta are envious of the Toa because the latter are beloved heroes and the Makuta can't even pretend to be that. So this is very much on brand for him in every way.
These were really spot on! In all my years as a Bionicle fan, I never gave it much thought as to how those without canonical voices would sound, but you make a great case for all the Makuta here - Antroz and Gorast in particular were PERFECT!

Holy crap Krika is perfect! Also Tony Jay (Frollo) is always amazing. Personally I always pictured Chirox sounding like Michael Dorn, but from what I remember of this character, the mad scientist vibe in your headcanon fits as well.

personally, I would swap Mutran and Chirox voices, but all of them are great fits! Especially Vamprah and Gavla's, the fact that are two characters that already interacted sold it.
Thank you! And yeah, while doing Vamprah, I knew going in I wanted an eerie whispering voice, which put Black Phillip on the table, along with Frank the Rabbit from Donnie Darko. Ultimately, BP won out because it was easier to find good dialogue from him in decent quality, but it opened up the problem that the only scene where BP talks is with Thomasin - but then I suddenly realized "hm, Vamprah actually has a little lackey that he seduced into a life of evil", which worked out quite nicely.
In my mind Chirox has always sounded like the doom narrator, while bitil and gorast just made screeches and other unholy noises along the lines of xenomorphs, and everyone just kinda understands them like R2D2. And miserix I always imagined him to just be smaug but with a roboty filter.
Not sure how I feel about Icarax. He's a vicious brute that doesn't like planning, prefers to use raw power to get what he wants. I feel like a deep, growling voice would fit him better
My only complaint/adjustment would be that Icarax should have been voiced by Megabyte From the show ReBoot. Note: This is a joke, Tony Jay plays both the voice of Judge Frollo and MegaByte For those who don't know.

I'll be totally honest, I kinda forgot about him. As far as his voice goes, I probably would go with Director Orson Krennic, from Rogue One. It balances a level of calm danger befitting a makuta with a capacity to throw a tantrum when things going wrong ("we stand here in the midst of MY ACHIEVMENT, NOT YOURS!") that makes sense for someone as failure-prone as Spiriah.
Vamprah is not female. One of the few breaks of the "blue = female" convention in Bionicle. Probably... him and Vezok, I think, are the only two exceptions to the rule. "The fact that his partners could no longer see had not inspired Vamprah to start speaking again. In fact, of all of them, Vamprah was the only one who did not seem fazed by the accident. It just made his hunts a bit more of a challenge." -Narrator, *Shadows in the Sky* Funnily enough, I also thought the same exact thing about Vamprah when I was younger. Weird coincidence.
