Hi, we got the same model, had it just over a year and have been getting E4 Error which is overflow, there is a float switch at the bottom of the unit which triggers this error. Found the leak, replaced the lower door seal as I wasnt happy with it, but it hasnt fixed it, so might also have to change the other door seal.
I have the same model but in black. Had it nearly 3 years now. Wouldn't be without it now. I live on my own though so only use it about once a month. Could probably have managed with the smaller model if I am being honest here. My kitchen taps don't have a removable thingy though, had to go to B&Q and buy a couple of things and a tap adapter off eBay. Should really get it property plumbed in.
If you’re asking for the tap connection, here are some links to the things you might need. As said in the video, my husband used things that he already had. If I wanted to make a less complicated tap connection my husband recommends joining these two items: www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07K6MC31V?ref_=cm_sw_r_apan_dp_ZD5JSRRPP5H0YP89DDD5 and www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B007JX179E?ref_=cm_sw_r_mwn_dp_6TV58009HVFNN9257JX6 These would work for my tap, you might have a different one of course. Hope this helps.
Hi nice video, i bought same dishwasher. But struggling to find out double tap sink connector. Could you please provide link to buy sink pump and inlet connectors. That would be great help. Thank you
Hi, I’m not a plumber to have such knowledge. I’ve put some links in the the description below the film. It contains items needed to connect the kind of tap that I have.
Hello, thanks for such a helpful video! One question, would you need to be present whilst the dishwasher is in use? I’m just thinking what happens when the cycle is finished - does the tap stop sending water through somehow? Or still runs through until it’s manually switched off
I want to get one, is it as efficient as a full size dish washer? i am single and i hate doing the dishes. was thinking of buying a full-size slim free-standing dishwasher and covert it to portable by adding a wheel base and inlet/drain Unicouple Assembly as a solution for plubming. my kitchen doesnt have a place to fit it and plumb it. shall i go with my plan or cut it short and buy this? i use two medium size dishes, small cutting board, chef's knife, salad bowl, and maybe a sauce pan and a medium size pot. would they fit ?
We are a family of 5 and it works for us very well. We used to have the freestanding slimline dishwasher. If I was to compare the two, the current one cleans as well as the slimline. The only difference is that the top rack does not have enough room for tall glasses or small plates, where the other one did. Hope that helps you make a good choice.
@@OccupationMotherhood thank you for your reply. i have ordered it along with detergent powder and salt. however, i dont know what rinse-aid to get. also, do you fill the rinse aid reservoir to the max? do you have to top up the salt and rinse aid after each cycle? many thanks
@@187gI do fill the rinse aid to the maximum level, same with the salt. The dishwasher has a display screen where it shows when you need to top up each of these. Read the instructions before use and you’ll know. I currently use Ecozone rinse aid, unlike the one featured in my video it has less nasty chemicals.
Great video!

I haven’t experienced what you describe. It’s hard for me to comment. Hope you get it sorted.
Very helpful video, thank you.

Recently, my husband got it properly plumbed in. I highly recommend it.

thank you so much
Thanks for sharing this! Do you keep the water faucet open when you start the program?
Yes, I’d turn the cold water tap on just before pressing start button on the dishwasher.
Is that the hot water faucet that you turned on? Where I'm located the faucet handle to the right is cold water and to the left is hot water.
Hi, it’s the cold water.

Hi
No need to be present. The water doesn’t overflow if connected properly.

How did your husband get the fitting from the tap to the pipe
Are you referring to the metal tap connector which joins the tap and the pipe?
Before you buy it. Make sure that brand has replacement parts. If not, its a throw away product
