Minimum expectation from any charter airline is to follow hygiene protocols. There is no excuse for any airline no matter how low cost it is. Thanks for sharing your experience with this charter airline
Pegasus almost gave me PTSD for flying, utter disregard for safety. Was flying back from Capadoccia to IST and our Turkish airline flight was cancelled but there was an earlier PGS flight which we booked (shouldn't have) the plane took off with a lot of shaking and swaying and then dropped altitude as it picked off the ground without the captain reassuring anyone. It was bumpy, turbulent, and very scary as a passenger. There were a few screams, can never fly PGS again.
When I flew with them from Copenhagen to Sabiha everyone of the Pegasus staff at Copenhagen airport were nice and friendly. In Sabiha everyone was rude. I’ve flown with Turkish and I like their service onboard but even at IST everyone is impolite. That’s something that both TK and PGS need to improve. Otherwise I agree with you.

You are much more likely to die on the way to the train station or in a train accident than in a plane accident. Flying is amazing. I hope you can fly soon and I hope you enjoy it!
I don't agree at all.. I fly with Pegasus regularly between London and Istanbul and compared with British Airways , it is better and only half the price.. I didn't notice dirty seats and the crew are helpful and courteous with a smile unlike B A . NOW , If you really want perfection , good quality food and top service , pay a little extra and go with Turkish Airways ☺
I really apologize for that. I forgot to make it longer and only noticed that after I had posted the video. Thank you for the advice. I’ll make sure to fix it next time.
We also have some nationalists here who can’t tolerate a trip report. That is pathetic. And if you think it’s ok for an airline to humiliate people at the airport and have such dirty planes than you’re pathetic.
It's your fault for choosing a low-cost airline if you don't like it. I travel often with Pegasus, and for the price, it's simple and easy. Don't judge based on personal opinion because most of us use low-cost airlines for fast travel from A to B. And turbulence - well, it's normal. What, do you think the captain can just press a button and switch it off? Not sure in which world you live.
That’s what I said in the description. Pegasus has many more customer friendly policies compared to other European airlines. Crew, staff and cleanliness wise other airlines are much better.
That's true Especially British Airways.. they are not even great on their charter holiday flights.. Gone are the great days of Laker and Dan Air when they treated passengers with respect and good service even on charter flights.. Can't even get a pillow now without paying extra for it on charter flights like Tui or Easy jet.. So Pegasus are no worse than British or EU carriers in general BUT they could start to replace their seats and smarten up the cabin interiors .. otherwise not a bad Turkish carrier.. If you want really great service go with Turkish Airlines , it's worth the extra expense..
Of course .. there is no comparison. . You pay a little extra with THY but it's worth it in every way.. not to mention the free drink ! Having said that Pegasus are not that bad but if you feel hungry don't expect free food on board. . Still better than some European charters and BA.

It seems like you were out to find reasons to complain about. I totally agree with you about the cabin hygiene. But, the turbulence would be the same regardless of airline. You're complaining about hard breaking after landing. If you know a little about how ATC and GTC works in an airport, you'll realise that the hard breaking is a result of which exit the pilots are taught to abandon the runway through by the ATC. In this case, it seems like what is called "Expedite exit" where the pilots must break hard to achieve. It's also regardless of the airline.. I hope you can make more objective reviews from now on. I guess you just had a bad day...
I loved the turbulence and the hard breaking. And yeah I know about such procedures and I didn’t mean that as a complaint. And btw I had an amazing day.

Its not cabin crew duty to clean your seats there are there to assist with 8ncase of emergency, by the way so many airlines are the same there will be a miss now and again stop complaining and be happy that we can travel from point a to b safely
On some low cost carriers it is the crew’s responsibility to clean. Also the entire plane was dirty. That can’t be a miss until you’re blind or stupid enough to think that getting from point A to point B is the only obligation an airline has.
@@aa_aviation54 I think you should first make some research in to what the duties of the cabin crew is before making ignorent statement and specially after boarding no cabin crew is going to sit there and start cleaning seats act. By the way first priority of the airlines is to take the passengers from a to from b in safe way, and yes hygiene is important but that does not give you the position to criticize an airline just because your raw of seats was dirty, I've used pegasus many times and never come across something like this. I love Turkey and would like to see and promote the Turkish hospitality but I have unfortunately not been met by that at Turkish airports. And it’s not only me. Many of my friends reported similar rude employee behaviors at Turkish airports, especially Sabiha.
I’m glad you had good flights with pgs but I won’t be flying them again any time soon if ever.
Minimum expectation from any charter airline is to follow hygiene protocols. There is no excuse for any airline no matter how low cost it is.
Thanks for sharing your experience with this charter airline
I love Pegasus they are best ....pratt & Whitney
Pegasus almost gave me PTSD for flying, utter disregard for safety. Was flying back from Capadoccia to IST and our Turkish airline flight was cancelled but there was an earlier PGS flight which we booked (shouldn't have) the plane took off with a lot of shaking and swaying and then dropped altitude as it picked off the ground without the captain reassuring anyone. It was bumpy, turbulent, and very scary as a passenger. There were a few screams, can never fly PGS again.
You can’t blame the airline for turbulence and dropping altitude could have been a downburst, which, again, nothing to do with the airline.
It's Pegasus. That Airline is like Ryanair in turkish. Everyone is rude and no service even at SAW. TK/THY is 1000x Times better!
It is more Easyjet I think
@@aa_aviation54 In SAW they are rude indeed. I do not know why. The ground handler is more friendly in other Turkish Airports though
I fly with Rayanair and they are not so darty !!!!!
@@aa_aviation54 normally pegasus is a very good company but due to covid employees has been facing many problems like working full hours and taking half salary. Also sabiha is busy more than ever cause people do not like go istanbul airport, its very far and expensive so you spend double price. So It wasnt like that before the covid(i was using the airline twice a week) but maybe these circumtances effected employees performance.
Nice video, but I will never fly with Pegasus; I do not trust. Congratulations for the video !!! 👍🏻👍🏻😉
Glad you liked it! Thank you!
Why don't you trust pgs?
2:57 PTU
not to mention that their machines accepts only Turkish cards, our cards issued from UAE, Dubai never worked on their stupid planes.
That was filthy! I felt grubby looking at it 🤢 I don’t know what it is but if I’m on a train being bumped around it doesn’t bother me, but in a plane I’m clutching the arm rest 😂 The cardiologists saying not to fly until they sort things was one of the best things to happen 😂
You are much more likely to die on the way to the train station or in a train accident than in a plane accident. Flying is amazing. I hope you can fly soon and I hope you enjoy it!
you should use this company for only short hauls not long :) i only use it for Ankara-İstanbul, i can only endure 30 min flights :D
🤪
I don't agree at all.. I fly with Pegasus regularly between London and Istanbul and compared with British Airways , it is better and only half the price.. I didn't notice dirty seats and the crew are helpful and courteous with a smile unlike B A . NOW , If you really want perfection , good quality food and top service , pay a little extra and go with Turkish Airways ☺
@@ianjameshodges2999 its Turkish "Airlines"
@@ianjameshodges2999 I know. I always fly Turkish airlines but the one time I flew pgs I was unlucky enough to get a dirty plane.
I had the same bad experience also from Muscat to Istanbul ! not that much clean and the staff is rude
I've never seen such a dirty cabin!!!
So unhygienic this should be reported!!
Why turkish people defend pegasus like own.
Thank you for sharing your experience. This film shows why i will never fly with such an airline.
Thank you! Finally someone who doesn’t think I’m sharing this to damage Pegasus’ already bad reputation and image.
Please leave your subtitles on a few seconds longer
I really apologize for that. I forgot to make it longer and only noticed that after I had posted the video. Thank you for the advice. I’ll make sure to fix it next time.
Some people here expect a Qatar q-suite experience for a 50-Euro ticket, pathetic lol.
This. I flew with them last week AMS SAW and back for 90 euro. Nothing wrong with the plane and crew
We also have some nationalists here who can’t tolerate a trip report. That is pathetic. And if you think it’s ok for an airline to humiliate people at the airport and have such dirty planes than you’re pathetic.
@@GMaviation My outbound flight with them was great too.
That would make me sick to my stomach flying like this…
Any normal person except Pegasus fanboys would be sickened by these filthy seats.
Don’t laugh the hard break in pgs really, a years ago I had a trip with pgs “B737” landing wasn’t good but the hard break made anyone scary.
@@RaykoChopich 💯
i like pegasus just a little bit
Try the European low cost carriers and you will talk much nicer about this airline.
That’s what I said in the description. Pegasus has many more customer friendly policies compared to other European airlines. Crew, staff and cleanliness wise other airlines are much better.
I flew with manny European airlines and they don’t even know how to spell service.
@@HK-rw3ig They certainly know how to spell hospitality.
That's true
Especially British Airways.. they are not even great on their charter holiday flights..
@@ianjameshodges2999 I know. That’s what I said in the description. Turkish is my favorite airline.

My advice to you is to choose Turkish Airlines.
Of course .. there is no comparison. . You pay a little extra with THY but it's worth it in every way.. not to mention the free drink ! Having said that Pegasus are not that bad but if you feel hungry don't expect free food on board. . Still better than some European charters and BA.

Wing report should be the title of this video.
You had turbulence because the weather didn't look good
Seriously an awful 😖 cabin - extremely unhygienic !!
Today I flew on Pegasus from Karachi till SAW. It was a 6 hour flight and it was full of turbulences. I could not even sleep because of constant turbulence. In my 2nd connecting flight there were chewed bubbles on my seat eww.
Congrats, you survived the 6h flight with Pegasus! I really don’t understand how the crew and the cleaning team could get onboard the aircraft and prepare it but also let something like that slip by them. Pegasus claims to clean their aircraft after each flight but I wonder what their perception of “clean” is.
And also Pegasus is not as dirty as you think
A320s are great aircraft but this cabin could do with a thorough detailing!
looks nasty!
Exactly
Excellent 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺❤️❤️❤️❤️🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Glad you enjoyed it!
Lol people clapping at landing 😁

Sweetheart, you have no clue what the sharp turn is!!
Regarding the cabin.. what did you expect in economy class of a low cost company??
Well sweetheart it is an airline that markets their cleaning measures as“up to international standards and according to international guidelines” so I would expect a fairly clean seat.
@@aa_aviation54 don’t expect and you won’t get disappointed 😇

That's not moderate turbulence, light chop. Seat belt signs on for your safety.
Dont book pegasus airline scary to fly with
This is a low cost airline. You should have expectations accordingly. I feel calumny about this video.
Ali I know were to set my expectations. Criticizing Pegasus for not doing a basic things as cleaning their planes and treating their guests with respect shouldn’t give you calumny feelings.
Finally I'm not sure what knowledge you have on planes but by the sound of it none so you have no right or be in a position to critisize the hard breaking as you don't no the circumstances behind it as it could just be procedural or something which you totally would not understand.
@@Teknamli hahah funny you should teach me.
Cabin crew do indeed clean during turnarounds. Especially on low cost airlines were planes don’t sit on the ground for extended periods of time. On Turkish airlines which isn’t a low cost airline the crew even clean the toilets now during covid. So yes dumb ass they do clean.
Second of all I didn’t criticize the hard landing. I just mentioned it.
Third of all you don’t tell me what I can criticize and what I can’t kiddo.
The only thing I agree on is that the top priority is to get passengers from point A to point B safely. But Pegasus seems to be lacking in that department too with their sliding aircraft. In addition to that they are the once who market their clean planes and thus I would expect them to have it.
I don't know what your standard of cleanliness is, but I found the seat back and the garbage stuffed into the seats to be unacceptable. Hairgrease on the head rest is OK? You might wish to rethink that.
still i prefer fly with Pegasus airlines , i like travel with Pegasus airlines
I like Pegasus and every hard working member they have but they need to improve a bit.
not A320 just look at wingtip of aircraft
It is an a320.
1. Look at the wing. The registration there says TC-DCA.
2. That is an a320 sharklet.
3. You can see the footage during boarding
4. You can see the footage from the gate
5. You can listen to the cabin chief announcement.
6. You can see the safety card. It says a320.
7. Look at the slats, flaps, ailerons and the fairings.
8. The 737 has a much uglier and more outdated wing.
9. Look at the overhead bins.
10. Look at the seats. These are only available for the a320 family.
