    Good work here. You’ve got a great and ideal build. Back looking powerful af. I like the bare feet training too. Thank you for covering these angles of life and really reminding me for months now I need to do more of this. We all do. Thank you for leading the way.

      Thank you, Brother. I can also thank my folks for buying me a pull-up bar when I was in middle school for this started me down a good path.

      @@nerveandmuscle hell yes. My father wasn’t a perfect man but he did have a bench, sit-up rack, dumbbells and then he made a pull up bar in the garage. Had a punching bag and speed bag too. I’m grateful he showed me to be active and strong. The speed bag on weekends would wake up and neighbors sleeping in. Bam b b b bam b b b bam b b b b b bam!! Lol was loud as hell. I have so far lifted more weight than my father ever did. But I’m not as good on the speed bag, wrestling or basketball that he was. Good memories.
