Now I now why my chocolate didn't want to stick right! I thought the chocolate had to stay warm so I was dipping it in the chocolate that was still in the double boiler🤷🏾♀️...now I am ready to try again!
Love it💛....so is the coloring type/brand you use for the yellow chocolate covered apples different from the type of coloring brand you use for candy apples...
You may be stirring too fast or too much but I always recommend once you have melted your chocolate let it sit for five minutes but you can still add your food coloring to the chocolate after it has a melted and after you have a mixed it Just make sure you let it sit for five minutes before you dip your apples
You have a great talent on all your candy making and it's all beautiful .after doing the candy apples and they dry do they have to go in the fridge or can they be left out on counter for a day or so and yes I wrap all my dipped strawberries individually every time for me it seems that it lasts longer when I put the strawberries wrapped and a nice little bow and I keep them in the fridge keeps them very fresh so please let me know about the dipped Apple's .thank you so much for all your videos will continue to watch all your videos
I have just one question, dose it really matter what color gloves you were when prepping your apples , I always see this, Inhave purple ones , just wondering
There is a arrow to your right under the video click that and the description box will drop down to give you the list as well as the links of the items I used in this video
Sometimes when you’re heating your chocolate, you have to make sure your mixing your chocolate well, and I’m not sure what type of chocolate or candy milk that you are using, and sometimes using the wrong food coloring are using too much food coloring, depending on the brand will cause elephant scan, but mixing your chocolate well plays a factor also

@@YourSweetConnection thank you for you reply ! It helps me out alot cause I was about to put them in the fridge !!!
Did you clean the apples before dipping??
So letting the chocolate sit for about 5 min after is what prevents the riffles and drippings?
New subscriber! So happy to have found your videos! Just wondering how far in advance can I make these?
Welcome to my Channel
You can do these 3 to 4 days in advance
First I want to say I love love your videos🥰🥰. I would like to ask if we don’t have a mat can we use parchment or wax paper
Beautiful as always. Can you refrigerate after the chocolate has set to help dry faster?
I would recommend to just let them air dry it doesn’t take long when you do this method so with this technique they were air dry within five minutes
Do you boil your apples before dipping them in chocolate
How did you clean your apples?
For chocolate dipped apples I just rinse and dry
Is that oil in the food color
Hi! About how many finished apples do you get with 16 oz of chocolate?
I have just one question, dose it really matter what color gloves you were when prepping your apples , I always see this, Inhave purple ones , just wondering
Do you recommend storing left over chocolate in an airtight container to reuse at a later time?
Yes I will put leftover chocolate in an airtight container but I will break down the chocolate into small chips Size
I ordered the food color from Etsy but won’t be here in time so what other food color can I use
How thin should my chocolate coating before dipping?
