Sir share capital account is not liability account,that is personal account, artificial account,we are actually giving ownership to shareholders that is why we are crediting that account, Credit the giver, giving ownership

Sir jo extra money receive hua hai wo to application ke time par receive hua hai na matlab 10000 shares (adjust karne wale)ka money hume application money ke hisaab se mila hoga. humara extra money (10000×40)=400000 hona chahiye na jo adjust hoga allotment ke time par
