can somebody please tell me when the share got reissued where from 20 RS as security premium sir got

Face value = 100/share
Initial premium was rs 10 so it was rs110 for 15,000 shares.
When it got re-issued, it was at rs120 per share
(Face value=100, premium=20)
That's how it was reissued at premium and we got Rs20
