The mall is "Tyson's Corner Center" and you can get to it by subway now. It's off the WMATA Silver Line, which you get in Washington, DC. For paying: You do have a waiter! But the dishware itself is color coded. A color ring is baked into the dishware indicating how much the particular dish costs. You're given a menu with pictures and prices. Just stack the dishes up as you eat. When you are done, call for the waiter/waitress, and they'll collect your dishes, tally them up, and give you the bill to pay.
Love this Restaraunt. But the hot sake is very bad, low quality sake. I filled out a customer service survey and let them know. I even left my name and e-mail. They have not let me know weather or not they have changed the cheap sake to something better. Shame on them for charging premium sake price for cheap sake.
This is the worst location for a sushi restaurant. The food was good but my experience was far from the best. There were kids on top us (riding the escalator) who spat on us down there when were having dinner with the family. I'm sure we were not the only ones who experienced because when we told the manager he just told us that this happens a lot because people were pranking the customers as they eat down the escalator. Wow! Not a very good customer relations officer as well. Eat sushi at your own risk, I would do a take out instead if you wanna try the food here.

I've been here and I like the spot, sushi is ok. My one year old son loves the small plates that come around on the sushi-vator.
Don't go there when you're actually hungry...it's easy to spend easy $40+ for two people there

It's cool how they served the sushi but the sushi didn't taste good and the containers, tables and floors were dirty
