Halftime in Ableton like Halftime plugin
1 - Drop a audio file inside a audio clip
2 - Set warp to Beats mode
3 - Transpose down 12 semitones ( down 1 octave)
4 - Set preserve time on 1 Bar
5 - Set transient loop mode on Back/Forward ()
Bonus tip
Stutter/Gate effect
1 - Follow Step 1 & 2 from above and 3 optional if you want to use Halftime and add Stutter/Gate effect
2 - Change Preserve Timing (1/4, 1/8, 1/16 so on)
3 - Set Transient Loop Forward only (------>)
4 - Change Transient Envelope to lower value (50 works well) to get Stutter/ Gate effect
