100g Ginger
2 Stalks Green Onion
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Chicken Seasoning
150g Cilantro
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Hi Lucie, hopefully the translation help me understand your question accurately. The cleaning process were just blanching for about 5 minutes then use the knife under cold running water and scrape the ears until you see it is clean. Hope the information helps! Thanks for watching my video! 💕
