It's hard to believe that most sharks don't understand about your product. I think as a 20 year old it's great!

I've had my Vertigo for years. I love it, and I own 28 real pinball machines! I'm thinking of getting an Ultra VP.

You won't regret it... you will love the enhanced level of mechanical realism of the newer Ultra VP model. We recommend the new OLED Edition.

I bought mine a year ago from you and have been enjoying it everyday.
Will you be coming out with a new game hard drive any time soon?

RecRoomWorld purchased VPcabs last year... as such, the legacy VPcabs products have been replaced by the highly improved RecRoomWorld ULTRA VP and Vertigo Virtual Pinball machines. The software for those new models is refreshed once a year but not the legacy products. More information can be found at www.recroomworld.com/UltraVP_Info.html

@@RecRoomWorld That was the key point I was missing. I know it sounds like bad PR, but there is no harm in admitting that you can't support an outdated product. I worked for a company in the automation industry that had been killing themselves by trying to support products all the way back to the '80s. It is a losing battle, I get it.
I would, however, love to have whatever notes are available as to the parts and setup like the way the pinball manufacturers would include operating and parts manuals with their products. With these being Windows machines, much of the hardware and software can be identified from within, and there are loads of tutorials on many of the software packages (e.g. PinballX and MAME). I know streaming and subscription services are probably here to stay, but I do prefer how you had made my Vertigo stand-alone and hope that option continues with your new products.
I sincerely hope your business is prosperous. I thought your offer on Shark Tank for capital vs. 20% was more than generous, but I understand the risk they were taking. Best of luck.
