I was going to order from a company called XGC, but they are located in Australia, and with all the custom and shipping fees, it's pretty pricy. @@JaysReview101 Happy to help. Yeah, I looked at XGC too before ordering from Michael. I just heard the customer service is not up to par with them and is why I went with a local builder with a good reputation. You will be pleased!! It's an amazing machine!

Before I place a purchase, can you please make a short video of a few tables while you're playing them. I can't find any videos of a playthrough with the new matrix and tv screen/monitor. It would help me feel more comfortable about spending so much. It would be greatly appreciated.

So if I order the Kracken Plus’ JMG Royal edition is this the exact model or do I have to upgrade it like your did?
Correct. It should be the same. I would double check with Michael over the phone first to confirm. But the Royal edition has all the upgrades.
