It is better to use raw linseed oil, even though you are covering it with plastic, as boiled linseed oil contains chemicals, so it’s for the same reasons you don’t stain the inside panels. Also when you staple the plastic, or it gets tears, it break the protection it provides and allow the possible leaching of chemicals into the soil over time. Thanks for sharing
