That is sadly hos problem he never had one, his youth was spent running in terror or honong his skills, his life is utter misery and he looks at the world and sees its starting to happen again, so he just thinks all children should be raised like him, raised to be survivors, but thats not how he should do things ge should look at this as a chance to give a child something he never had:happiness, but he is just too stubborn to see it.😢
Jubilee realized Magneto was right later in Episode 4 in that she should train her powers and that helped her out in the long run because later that season in Episode 10 she got some good shots in on Bastion that she never would've been able to do if she didn't train her powers like Magneto told her to.
