How far the m820 can ride on Max Power before burning out

Bafang M820 range test - it started out like that anyway. I wanted to see how far the bike could ride on max power - so that I would know what the minimum range this bike is capable of. Turns out that is 31km

Connected to overheating. I dont understand why bafang does not have temperature safety now for ages. Also missing on M510 and M600. Had to implement temperature safety in K1 BBR. And boy, m600 getting 125 degree C in 7 minutes.

BBSHD even has temperature safety and will go into limp mode

@@BuzzBikes Also dont get it, it has a temp sensor in winding, but no power decreesing when it is hot. Got to 132 degree C on M600!

Errr? Maybe should not use ebike if overheating is concern

Do you know anything more? is 48V voltage dangerous and was the main culprit of the problem? I'm going to build a battery for myself soon and I don't know whether to make a 43V or 48V one?
