Farming Fresh Gulf Oysters From The Sea | BEST Oysters in UAE | Farm To Table

We join the yearly oyster harvest off the gulf coast in Dibba Bay Fujeirah and learned how to farm fresh gulf oysters from sea. Gulf Oysters are some of the best in the world, competing with pacific oysters and traditional markets in Europe.
Their are a lot of benefits of oysters, not only are they extremely nutritious but the oyster captures carbon from the ocean to grow the oyster shell. This was the true farm to table experience, we also learned how to open an oyster and ever had a look for some pearls.

I think the oysters here can be grown in 9 months because the water is so warm while in europe they can take like 2 years
