Re-watching this always gets me in my feels. Me and Sheldon went to the same highschool but he was higher grade. Sheldon had what can only be described as one of the worst possible high school experiences possible. He was constantly bullied all the time because he didn't fit the norm for a boy. I'm so happy to see him doing well

Dr Agam Just like any other slur retaining to a minority group, is does not matter what context you use it within, you can not say it if you don’t belong to that community. I’m not sure what intention you had behind that original comment, but it’s out of line, you can’t go using those words on the daily like they hold no previous connotations. Individuals in the LGBTQ+ community may hear “f*g” as they be beaten or killed, its a serious topic. So please don’t use that word.

What a beautiful voice, his cover of this was exceptional.
I mean, honestly, though...I don't blame the other three for turning because I would want him on my team too, but the kid walked in and sang a Boy George (Culture Club) song and Boy George himself turned...why would the other three even bother at that point? lmao
Like, if somebody walks in and sings one of the judges' songs - and that judge turns - it is essentially a guarantee they will pick said judge.
If he didn't pick Boy George I might as well just die now because the world would make no sense haha.
I really do love that Joe instantly recognizes the song and immediately looks at George, though. Clearly Joe knows good music when he hears it!
I also really respect Sheldon for holding his composure so well for as long as he does - all four turning would be so overwhelming, but especially since one of them is Boy George himself. Carrying on after he turned took an enormous amount of self-control.

He auditioned for X Factor Australia when Iggy, Adam and Guy were judging and got through ending up as part of Iggy's Boy band Time and Place (horrendous), only his name was Sheldon Hernandez. I think he has found who he is in life and as an artist and it shows. He's going to be awesome to watch
I am privileged to witness such raw emotion and artistic expression. Rarely, does this happen to me; a couple of times in the 70s and 80s, then less and less. You don't often get to hear this - seldom in a song, a speech, and a rare sermon.
I love how he made this song even more moody and emotional. Just a piano. Imagine this being played at a piano by the same person singing it slow, dark, moody, and emotional. Completely dark with the spotlight on the piano.

I imagine it wasn't on purpose, but I loved that, in the end, instead of saying "cry", he actually gave up to the feeling and really cried. It added an extra layer of emotion to it!
This young man deserves more recognition than he's getting. He has a fabulous voice and his stage presence is magical even without the costumes. He should be seen and heard. When stage shows return, I sincerely hope hes signed by a top producer to star in a live show. He deserves it.
