here in australia heritage jeans like iron hearts are very expensive so I stick to getting a black pair of Levis 501's and also a blue pair. and my redwing 875 + Iron rangers and that keeps me happy.
Your totally right. Quality over quantity is very sustainable. I've been wearing pretty much a heritage style for years (I didn't know it was called that until seeing your videos🤙). My only variation is I typically wear a classic running shoe like a NB 996 instead of the boots, but I do plan to get some. Thanks for the great video!
I also wear alternatives to my boots whenever I feel like it and what’s appropriate to the occasion. The classics like the NB 996 is comfortable and stylish. Thanks!
U have the same style like my dad, but recently since the levis 501's came a resurgence on the millenials i asked him for 3 of his vintage pairs that he doesnt wear anymore and it somehow fits me well. The first time i wore them i suddenly realized why my dad loves them, the durability on those is crazy probably 25 yrs old jeans already. Might definitely stick on this kind of style for how versatile and timeless they are if u know how to wear them, also im thinking of buying some boots on them as well. Im so inlove with those jeans bruh, esp that theyre my dads pair when he was on my age.❤️
What is your procedure for breaking in, and first wash of the BraveStars? I have a couple pair Ive worn about 20 times now. Also, my Thursday mock toes have broken in nicely.
I don't want to be a smart@ss... but the tride and true way to break in a pair of jeans... is to just wear it. Wash it when it smells or more often if you want more vintage look/less pronounced fades. That's it.
@@rhithymyou didnt come off that way. Others say to wear extended time periods, like 100 times. They did loosen up a bit. Just checking with some others.
I’ll be making a video about this someday. It’s a process that many have complicated all throughout the years. Personally, I don’t think it matters much whether it is soaked or washed in the washing machine. I prefer handwashing and a pre-soak to soften the fibers. The ones I use in my garage gets stained by all kinds of oils and fluids so it is a necessity to soak it. I do soak all my selvedge on the first wash. This helps remove the starchy feel. I noticed that the fade and patina happens during wear and not during wash. I’m sure this is obvious. Thursday mocks are nicely made with comfort in mind. The RW mic toes are a pain in the behind to break in since it is nothing but leather top and sides. I have to wear inserts on mine to make it comfortable. Sorry for the ramble!
Just do you dawg! I wear wrangler cowboy cut (NOT BOOT CUT) and Levi's 501. They'll never ever go away and they've been around long enough to definitely be heritage. Heritage boots aren't going anywhere. You're good homie. It ain't going anywhere
I am slowly switching to heritage jeans. Found some Chinese companies that are of great quality. People seem to forget The Chinese were known for their tailoring
I have some heritage boots but am now starting to get into other aspects of heritage clothing and a big part of that is your channel. Thank you!
Thank you for continuing to support this channel and for the inspiration!

What kind of jeans fit do you combine with your RW?
I like slim tapered, but not skinny!

I’ve been bitten by the heritage style bug 😅

What nikes are those?
I always thought my bravestars were made in the USA. please educate me. Is the denim made in Japan and the clothing crafted in the USA?

Are their prices competitive? Products from China are hit or miss for me but I know what you’re referring to.
@@StylishGreaseMonkeyBronson makes some great stuff for pretty cheap. I like their heavy t shirts.
Not sure what’s going on but YT keeps unsubscribing me from your channel.
And most of it is not made out of plastic!
