Thanks a ton and Aloha! I’ve never been but I’m hoping one day I can travel out there. I imagine England as a place in which classic rugged clothing for men is the thing right? I’m right behind you I’m age and plan to ride longer if I can. I also intend to rock heritage style all the way… Mahalo for checking out my channel!
@@StylishGreaseMonkey yes there’s a lot of heritage style in certain places but there’s also lots of tracksuit (sweats) trainers (sneakers) and sliders (those horrible feet beach slip on things) 🤮. I visited Hawaii in the 1980’s would love to go back one day. I’ve a 2018 Heritage Softail still doing bike rallies, music and beer 🍻. Regards keep up the good work.
This is the first video of yours I have caught and I want to thank you for being open and honest. It is OK to not be OK, hope you find relief in your struggles. Beautiful bike also.
Thanks Andrew and I'm glad you're okay with me sharing my thoughts and feelings. Sometimes people here can be rude but I'm okay with that too. I like making these videos! The bike here is actually what my wife ride when we are out together. It's a 2005 Heritage Springer. I ride a Street Glide Special.
Wow, I'm 28 years old and I've been identifying with this style for 10 years. There were times when I thought I was wrong for not thinking/dressing/feeling like someone "my age." Lately I have been through difficult things and meeting your channel and this community has been revealing. Thank you very much, greetings from Mexico
Stay safe and healthy boss! I'm one of the not so young and not so old millennial that you've reached out through this channel. Thank you for sharing your style with us. Keep recording and sharing your thoughts with us! Mabuhay ka kapatid! Padayon! ✊️
I'm jealous I wish I had the fit! Thanks for sharing 🐱 hello from Idaho! Also I discovered my love of moc toe boots while working in them and realizing how comfortable they were. and then I realized how cool they look and now I'm hooked!
Don’t be brother, Heritage style can be of any age, shape, and sizes! Rock ‘em! Love the Moc Toes. I have from Red Wing and Thorogood. Definitely my forever style.
Yep! Exactly the same thing for me. I bought a pair to work in around the yard, etc. and within a few days realized how much I liked the look of them as well as the comfort. It completely changed the way I thought about boots, etc. and now I’m hooked for sure.
Great channel man. Really appreciate the openess. I have the 18oz Slubverters from Bravestar and the fades after a couple of years are pretty epic. Looking at IH next buuuut, torn between the jeans and a CPO shirt. My Iron Rangers I've had for 5 years and just resoled with the Roccia off the Beckman. Looks amazing. Also have Beckmans and Blacksmiths. Amazing boots.
Thanks brother and I’m glad you’re here! You look like you have some me pretty badass pieces already. One of my YT friends resoled his IR also and it looks epic. You can’t go wrong with IH in my opinion. I don’t have the CPO shirt yet but that’s another on my wish list. Hang around man and I’ll have more vids coming.
like your style brother. I'm a jeep enthusiast, cigar smoker and love my boots and good jeans. Whatever you are going though in your life you are not alone. I'm dealing with some incredible crap and this felt almost like a therapy session to share thoughts and applications for some of the things that bring us joy.
Thanks Drew! I'm glad you wondered here and I'm glad I'm not alone. I've learned to take this day for day and having a supporting family helps out a ton. I know that it will be alright after all. Yeah man, I love making and sharing these vids. Definitely love my jeeps. My first one was an 87 4 cylinder stocker. My wife said that I had this grin on my face the first time I drove it that she's never seen before. Believe it or not that I've had 16 jeeps since then from a 1978 CJ5 to a 2015 JKU. I drive a 2008 JK 2DR now and putting a ton of work on it so maybe this is a keeper lol! Sorry, I can talk jeep all day! I also am about Early Broncos. I finished my 74 finally this past summer after it has been sitting for 11 years in the garage while I was in Japan. Thanks again brother!
Heritage style, choppers, surfing, cars - hot rods and some good food and drink. Oh man hard to find good these style talks,. You are doing a great job my friend!
I agree with you about the boots. That's the first thing I look at when I see a guy. I believe its also the first thing women look at when they see a guy.
I'm new to your channel but I have a similar style to yours. I'd much rather buy something that lasts for years vs something that is worn out in a week. Even though this style is more expensive up front, the durability more than makes up for it, and makes it cheaper in the long run. I've been trying to swap my wardrobe slowly out for American made, but it's expensive. My edc complicates things in the summer so I end up rocking a button up shirt daily with a muscle shirt and t-shirt. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect snap button shirt that blends durability with breathability.
I’m glad you’re here brother and yes my point exactly regarding quality goods vs mainstream cheaply made products. To each his own though so I made this channel for us with similar interests. Unfortunately I live in a predominantly hot weather climate and wear a T-shirt most days. There are breathable long sleeve out there and one I know of is the 5.11 brand. It’s a tactical brand that keeps comfort and safety in mind. I own one of their short sleeve shirts (probably doesn’t help). The long sleeve version I must assume works great. Take care brother and stick around here!
@@StylishGreaseMonkey Greetings from Kentucky! I've been slowly working my way through your content on here. Your channel is great, you've got a great looking style and appreciate some great cigars. Stay safe out there and hope you have a great day sir

Hey man, just want to send my support from here in Canada. I absolutely love your page and I find it really useful and inspirational. I appreciate you. Hope your mind is feeling better soon.

Boots Nick's, J.K, Whites, Truman and J.K. I like pacific north west boot makers
With your Iron hearts, did you buy a size that fit you tight and then you wear them to stretch out a bit? I have a pair of momotaros that I am breaking in and its been challenging. I also have a pair Benzaks and I bought them slightly loose, but I wear those more often than any other pair. I am not sure what approach to take with the Iron hearts.
Hey bud, I agree on all the clothes but the Chang T-shirt is some of the most mass produced shirts ever. It’s from Thailand, it’s their most popular beer and the name means elephant in Thai. It’s a shirt that most tourists buy in Thailand. I’m surprised you haven’t seen them on other people.

I'm not about to wear 21oz's of $h*f😂. A hot soak 45+ celcius in a tub for an hour then hung dried will have the denim return to the original size. Sone may not be washing or soaking their jeans which is why rheir jeans are couple sizes big
Huh? Glasses look good , have you ever seen any pair of Ray-Bans? Large frames are stylish and thats very common in ray bans . I have square frame ray bans and they're the same size...

Hi, I started to purchase my IH with my size (34 waist = sz 34 IH). The reason I do that is I no longer have patience with the break in period.
Brave Star Selvedge also has a military discount. Highly recommend
Another reason to love this U.S. based and operated company!

RB2140…
Pocket knife is good idea
What kind of button up is that?
Hey Mike, are you referring to the denim shirts? They are from Levi’s and Uniqlo.
I'm slowly gettin' into heritage style... what do ''heritageheads'' think about Levi's jeans? :D

Thanks, I keep myself busy with projects for sure. I kind of do everything. It’s fun!
What’s your favorite boot?
Hard to say but the Iron Ranger is on top of course and so is the RW 875 moc toe. I do like the 9 inch Thorogood boots also for comfort.
Need to add schott perfecto jacket, carhartt overall, pendleton flannel, moscot eyewear, wigens hat to preserve american heritage
That’s some good stuff! Wigens hat are cool but I can’t pull off the look. Maybe a stetson.
Smith Matthew Hall Lisa Jones Linda
Nice. Hair. I’m. Bald. Lol
Thanks man! I shaved my head for years while in the military. Everyone got used to that look until I grew it all back out and became a stranger. 😀
