The main purpose of the shower head filter is to filter the impurities and chlorine inside to reduce the damage to hair and skin. It is important to choose a high-capacity cartridge that will last longer. You can try sontiy filtered shower head , the cartridge seems to be only 4 kinds of the most basic filtration ingredients.

I purchased the Monsia Kleen filtered shower head and love how it looks and my hair and skin feel healthier.
Clean buildup / plaque on threading before putting on white tape. Wrap 2/3 times CLOCKWISE. Put on filter. Also use white tape putting the head onto the filter. Both threads should be taped. Clean up any buildup u see. Also if u can, use screens into the piping if u have them. Will help with leaks / buildup.

The price for the head with a filter is 165..... then replacement filters are like $35.00 every 90 days. Still a decent investment for a shower head.
You must not have seen the price tags of "regrow your hair" products yet
There are cheaper options Amazon. $30-50, I think Jolie is just an expensive brand

A lil late but I had dry scalp a long time because I'd wash and go to bed but started always blowing drying and it went away
After installing the new faucet, I decided to test the water quality using the water quality detector. Before and after installation, I noticed a decrease of approximately 20 ppm in the water quality measurement. However, even after installation, the detected water quality still reads 220 ppm.....
If you're using a TDS detector, it can only measure so much. Total dissolved solids is a bad measurement of filtering, only very specific softeners and filters can tackle it but it's not the main concern for shower water.
If you use a hardness test it'll still read high. Water softner is only way to remove calcium and magnesium which gives you hard water.
I have soft water and I swear it’s like hell on earth. I went from loving to shower to absolutely despising it. I always feel dirty after a soft water shower. I’m assuming this wouldn’t help me. I just need something with good pressure to feel like I have residual soap OFF of me lol
something i would recommend is 1 maybe a better bodywash thats natural, and 2 try a silicone body scrubber exfoliator.
I too hate soft water for the same reason. I almost feel slimy and cannot rinse the soap off. Apparently the soap os rinsing and you're just feeling the salt residue.
What's in your showerhead is a build up of calcium and magnesium. It can only be removed with a whole house water softner.

This is no magic product whatsoever but people nowadays love hype so i get it. Ive been using a SHOWER FILTER for almost 20 years and it's done wonders for me as it should cause its FILTERING out all the bad crap that's in our water supply. It shocks me tho how millions of people have never known about shower filters.
And in case you're wondering YES there are way BETTER SHOWER FILTERS you can buy so i personally wouldn't go with this jolly one but that's my opinion based off knowledge and experience :)
