I’m surprised Berkey didn’t make the cut.
Most shower head filters drop the water pressure even when they say they don't. If one has hard water it's inevitable the filter will get clogged just as the shower head does alone.
Which is why they are replaceable, like a brita filter. They should be changed every few months, mine is only $7.5 every 6 months to replace. :)
