You make no sense, recently you banged on about a witness hearing shots at midnight, then say Jasper didn’t arrive on the scene till later in the morning?? You say there’s no chance anyone would drive to a murder in a knackered Passat but claim in Jaspers version they went in a fiat uno and the killer wore a fluorescent tracksuit and a pair of high top trainers for a trek across snowy fields 😂 doesn’t that sound equally ridiculous. We have been told that is what happened. I have not ignored it. The CCRC are aware of this new evidence. time will tell. Reminder they have had our report since September last year. Actions are required to corroborate what we have been told. Albert
I ibelieve Tony Tucker and Craig Rolfe were murdered in the field beyond the gate. Something tells me Pat Tate was shot in Lizzie Fletchers Black VW Polo, then driven to Rettendon by Darren Nicholls, at gun point forced into the F424 NPE RR. The RR was rolled back into the Lane, then the three off them were shot again. Pat Tate was spoken too before being shot. My believe Bernie O Mahoney was telling the truth on this. Bernie O Mahoney and Darren Nicholls have had contact since the court case. Since Darren Nicholls placed in witness protection. Pat Tate was shot by a white skin man. One White man and one Black Man involved in this case. The Black Man had Dreadlocks. If you're an ex Detective try investigate a man called BENNY WALTERS.😮😮
@albertpatrick422 have you managed to speak to any one at either of the pubs as I believe you and mckelyvey said one of the pubs staff was in the front car park that night around the time steele tate etc would of been there if they was there ? So if they ws there surely someone would remember. Also have you managed to speak to jasper or mick bowman yet?
It's all wrong so corrupt the police let this happen steele and whomles are innocent forensic were being took from the 1980s that catch people nowadays so why wasn't any forensics done footprints in the snow they covered it all up and used Nichols as a goat there Is no tape of Nichols interview it broke apparently lol no evidence or dna it's shocking the police swept it under the carpet and let people take the blame police all bent and wonder why they have lost all respect of the public nowadays disgusting work from the police force
For those of you that want closure in this case and to know what happened, I can explain. First of all for the past few years on crime scene 2 court rooms Chanel, there had been a mystery over a white sierra l. Brian Rolfe has recently done a podcast where he describes calling the police on Craig for having 2 kilos of coke and a hand gun. Brian also sees the white sierra follow craig. The police who Brian spoke to said “ yes we know we’re following him” which clears up who the sierra was. It was Essex drug squad. Craig, tucker and Tate were pulled over by corrupt drug squad officers in that sierra with maybe another car…. Robbed of the coke and killed. It’s as simple as that. Hence the big cover up afterwards. That’s why Craig’s driving position was that of someone on a driving test, when the police pull you over, you hold the wheel properly, you have that pose etc. now, Dave from TM eye was involved with all of this at that time in some way with the arrest afterwards etc so the questions I have are the following 1- who’s paying TM eye for this investigation of 3 years? 2- are you doing this investigation to put everyone off the track of how it happened which is what I’ve described?

Be good to know the temperature and humidity. Not relative humidity , Dew point and the absolute humidity . . In cold climates there will be little moisture in the air but if dew point isnt met then no frost or highly unlikely for it to form.If it was met then it could indicate frost forming.
Why is he talking about easter or APRIL for the first Sky documentary coming out if this is a new interview...its 14th of June??? Questions for Albert Patrick to answer: Steele & Whomes are clearly caught lying numerous times throughout the trial, something innocent people dont ...Albert should know only too well with his years of experience. 1)JACK WHOMES ALIBI FALLS APART When it came to Jack Whomes, his recollection of shouting through the letterbox of his Uncle’s home seemed equally flawed. While in the witness box, he repeatedly told in great detail how he bent down, held the slot open with his hands and shouted through the door. Andrew Munday then showed Whomes and the jury pictures of the door in question. It had no letterbox. 2)MICHAEL STEELE'S ALIBI FALLS APART under close scrutiny, Steele’s ‘shockproof, rockproof’ alibi quickly began to crumble. The till receipt didn’t necessarily relate to the credit card slip. Anyone could have bought the petrol at that garage at 5 p.m. It also transpired that Steele’s former sister-in-law, Phyllis Stambrook, whose evidence that he had been home around the supposed time of the murders did so much to support his version of events, had not been asked to give evidence or make a statement until a few months before the trial. She was clearly crucial, so why wasn’t she contacted sooner? That question was intriguing enough on its own, but when Andrew Munday QC began to question her about how she could be so sure of the date she and her daughter visited Steele’s house, her answer surprised everyone. ‘That’s the day the solicitor told me it was,’ she admitted. ‘Let’s say he spoke to you on March 1,’ said Munday. ‘If I had asked you on February 28 on what date you went round to see Mr Steele, what would you have said? Mrs Stambrook paused for a moment then replied, ‘I would have said I can’t recall.’ 3) ALIBI TIMING AND SUBMITTAL. Steele and Whomes could have told their alibis straight away if innocent, but they had not submitted their alibis until July 1997, more than ten months late and just eight weeks before the start of the trial. 4) THE BROKEN DOWN PASSAT As for the supposedly broken-down Passat that Whomes had picked up for Darren Nicholls, the court heard from a local car breaker who gave a very different version of events. The day after the murder, Whomes had driven the vehicle to the man’s scrapyard and told him, ‘Do what you like with it, just so long as there’s nothing that could come back to me.’ Rather than destroying it, the man checked the vehicle out and found it still had some life left in it. He sold it on.
5) Billy Jasper Soon after his arrest, police in Chelmsford had contacted Ivan Dibley with the news that a man in custody was confessing an involvement with the triple murder. By mid-January, Dibley and his team had already gathered a wealth of evidence against Michael Steele that pointed to him being the killer. Jasper’s story was intriguing but failed to fit in with much of the evidence gathered thus far. A quick check into Jasper’s background provided an answer. He had a history of ‘confessing’ to crimes that he had nothing to do with. A self-confessed drug addict who admitted that he spent £400 per day on heroin and crack cocaine, he clearly found it difficult to distinguish between fantasy and reality. ‘He was such a Walter Mitty we just couldn’t take anything he said seriously,’ says Ivan Dibley. ‘We looked into his claims, but there wasn’t much substance. We told Chelmsford police to continue the investigation and to let us know if anything came of it. Nothing ever did.’ They are protesting their innocence to save their families from reprisals almost certainly resulting in death.
Not really though as wholmes uncle could of changed his door, steele receipt being bought by anyone don't meen much and his albi backer saying she wouldn't remember don't meen nothing as not everyone remembers everything and the car being dropped of by wholmes and him saying that could simply be because he did what he said collected Nichols car like he asked wholmes to do. Either way I believe Nichols was used by police to get wholmes and steele in the area and on phone logs to frame them anyway as senior figures at the police knew the shooting was happening for sure, then when you add to the fact the Amsterdam trip was according to steele set up by nichols not steele and tate wanted to kill nichols when they got the dodgy cannabis, as he says he wanted nichols to see pat to sort it but nichols was shitting himself at the pub and refused too
@andymeenanvideos nah its true though because how long after the murders did he get arrested and question gota be months so could of either way police did a shit Job on this case

yeah but police drugs squad i think had already reported to their police station at around 6-7am of fiding the car with its occupants dead they were also under surveilance and then maybe a primitive brick tracker which they take away with them And then they do not leave officers there to protect the crime scene which they should have done they just left the scene and reported it to the station its recorded on record that they did that then they leave the car for a member of the public to find and possibly destroy crime scene evidence WTF is that! and then cops come later with a pathologist who decides not to investigate time of death WTF is that then they should have cordoned the area off before removing the car to make an in depth investigation of the crime scene in situ WTF is that? my though is they did not care about who killed them, and that is reflected in the other leads such as billy jasper he handed it to them on a plate. the only other way i can think police were so negligent of doing their duty Was because they already knew who the killer was and they did not give a F**k.As it was seen as good ridance to bad news.

@@jameshansing5396 The very reason I will not “just say” is because I do not want to get involved in it, if you want to ask the right questions ask Mr D why he never got Jasper to drive straight into the lane, ask D why he got Jasper to keep going and drive him right around the back of the lane, ask D why he trekked across the fields and perched himself on a vantage point to watch the area and wait before approaching the Range Rover, ask D if when he did approach the Range Rover did he find 3 dead men and a bag of coke.
You seem to clutch at straws evidenced by you placing emphasis on a UA-cam comment left on a channel believed to be from someone working in custody….its a UA-cam comment more likely to be of left by a 12 year old, don’t place so much emphasis on what people state until you check them out ala the man on your sky documentary who had you over it makes you look foolish and incompetent
Never heard the tracksuit be called fluorescent, there’s a trainer print literally by the rear OS door and it’s not about the make of car making it knackered, the Passat was just knackered …

Could the Range Rover have been put in drive for purpose of loading it onto the recovery truck ?
If they were shot elsewhere and there was glass from the window down the lane following your thinking why would they shoot Pat again if they were already dead…..why would they be dead, put back in the RR then decide to shoot the window out makes no sense and as an ex detective for you to consider that is bizarre and seems like your trying to muddy the waters unnecessarily even more
We have been told that is what happened.
I don't agree as there was a few killings back then with the same style of being killed elsewhere and place in the boots of cars etc
What about peter cuthbert who was with them earlier that day
Peter Cuthbert has died
That’s why Craig’s driving position was that of someone on a driving test, when the police pull you over, you hold the wheel properly, you have that pose etc.
now, Dave from TM eye was involved with all of this at that time in some way with the arrest afterwards etc so the questions I have are the following
1- who’s paying TM eye for this investigation of 3 years?
2- are you doing this investigation to put everyone off the track of how it happened which is what I’ve described?
It's good, but it's just another theory. Unless you have proof?
Any sources or proof of any of this??

Albert is the 4th man Gilbert Wynters who was part the Adams firm? He's been missing since 1998

Gilbert wynters was an enforcer for the Adam's brothers ...watch liam tuffs interview with Brian Richardson formally (Rolfe)..they set up rolfe and tucker to steal drugs and cash belonging to the Adam's brothers...at 1h 30 in the interview he says he believes they met the guy who got them to the lane in "the fortune of war pub"......1h 31....he mentioned they ripped off a family and then we hear the name Gilbert for the very first time and how brian had met him twice......and couple of days later on his own youtube channel and his very last video (brian Richardson I'll do a one to one) at 8min 39 he mentions the family again only this time mentions the guy in the pub the 4th person was a "black lad"........to add to this Gilbert Wynters reputation was indeed to be taken very seriously ref to UA-cam "Bang Bang Ray Hill" tammy start training /gilbert.......and then perhaps the peice that is most important....UA-cam Yammy B tv "that photo George con/Gilbert Wynter if you watch this wynters was in prison at one point with one mr Pat Tate so he new of him.

Billy Jasper 5k to drive a hit man a few miles..more like £500 if true...
Totally agree.. They could of just got a close mate to do the driving for free if any of that jasper stuff is true, as all the stuff he told was already common knowledge before he spoke to the cops.
@@iansonnyblack2624 also.. everyone else around the case said TTR went to get drugs not to sell.. jasper states Mr D came back with 4 kilos of coke.. if Tucker owed money Mr D would of come back with money..not coke.. the range rover had a tracker on it.. police found the car before the farmer on the morning after..was they there to remove the tracker..tie up any loose ends was that the reason the black plastic bag (bin liner) was there to kneel on.. or did it come out the boot.. also wasn't it Gale that was in the army & not Mr D... driving a nick car..with an armed hit man sitting next to you 12 midnight.. I think the weakest alibi is Mr Betts.. driving around that area trying out his 4x4 in the snow.. David McKelvey said Betts wasn't a firearms expert... police took 8 to 10 guns from his house.. I would say he was a keen shooter..& Betts body language in that sky documentary he wanted them bad.. like he said..had the motive..had the means.. it's the means bit that stuck with me..

Questions for Albert Patrick to answer:
Steele & Whomes are clearly caught lying numerous times throughout the trial, something innocent people dont ...Albert should know only too well with his years of experience.
1)JACK WHOMES ALIBI FALLS APART
When it came to Jack Whomes, his recollection of shouting
through the letterbox of his Uncle’s home seemed equally
flawed. While in the witness box, he repeatedly told in great
detail how he bent down, held the slot open with his hands
and shouted through the door. Andrew Munday then showed
Whomes and the jury pictures of the door in question. It had
no letterbox.
2)MICHAEL STEELE'S ALIBI FALLS APART
under close scrutiny, Steele’s ‘shockproof,
rockproof’ alibi quickly began to crumble. The till receipt
didn’t necessarily relate to the credit card slip. Anyone could
have bought the petrol at that garage at 5 p.m. It also transpired that Steele’s former sister-in-law, Phyllis Stambrook,
whose evidence that he had been home around the supposed
time of the murders did so much to support his version of
events, had not been asked to give evidence or make a statement until a few months before the trial. She was clearly
crucial, so why wasn’t she contacted sooner? That question
was intriguing enough on its own, but when Andrew Munday
QC began to question her about how she could be so sure of
the date she and her daughter visited Steele’s house, her
answer surprised everyone.
‘That’s the day the solicitor told me it was,’ she admitted.
‘Let’s say he spoke to you on March 1,’ said Munday. ‘If I
had asked you on February 28 on what date you went round to
see Mr Steele, what would you have said?
Mrs Stambrook paused for a moment then replied, ‘I would
have said I can’t recall.’
3) ALIBI TIMING AND SUBMITTAL.
Steele and Whomes could have told their alibis straight away if innocent, but they had not submitted their alibis
until July 1997, more than ten months late and just eight
weeks before the start of the trial.
4) THE BROKEN DOWN PASSAT
As for the supposedly broken-down Passat that
Whomes had picked up for Darren Nicholls, the court heard
from a local car breaker who gave a very different version of
events. The day after the murder, Whomes had driven the vehicle to the man’s scrapyard and told him, ‘Do what you like
with it, just so long as there’s nothing that could come back to
me.’ Rather than destroying it, the man checked the vehicle
out and found it still had some life left in it. He sold it on.
5) Billy Jasper
Soon after his arrest, police in Chelmsford had contacted Ivan Dibley with
the news that a man in custody was confessing an involvement with the triple murder. By mid-January, Dibley and his
team had already gathered a wealth of evidence against
Michael Steele that pointed to him being the killer. Jasper’s
story was intriguing but failed to fit in with much of the evidence gathered thus far. A quick check into Jasper’s
background provided an answer. He had a history of ‘confessing’ to crimes that he had nothing to do with. A self-confessed
drug addict who admitted that he spent £400 per day on
heroin and crack cocaine, he clearly found it difficult to distinguish between fantasy and reality.
‘He was such a Walter Mitty we just couldn’t take anything
he said seriously,’ says Ivan Dibley. ‘We looked into his claims,
but there wasn’t much substance. We told Chelmsford police
to continue the investigation and to let us know if anything
came of it. Nothing ever did.’
They are protesting their innocence to save their families from reprisals almost certainly resulting in death.
@andymeenanvideos : Well Put ! 👏
Either way I believe Nichols was used by police to get wholmes and steele in the area and on phone logs to frame them anyway as senior figures at the police knew the shooting was happening for sure, then when you add to the fact the Amsterdam trip was according to steele set up by nichols not steele and tate wanted to kill nichols when they got the dodgy cannabis, as he says he wanted nichols to see pat to sort it but nichols was shitting himself at the pub and refused too
@noisyneighbors1106 " He could have changed his door " steel & whomes missed a trick not having you as their defence lawyer 🤣
@andymeenanvideos nah its true though because how long after the murders did he get arrested and question gota be months so could of either way police did a shit Job on this case

Why's Mick still Cat A? A risk at his age, my arse. That's just spite. Geezer's staunch.
yeah but police drugs squad i think had already reported to their police station at around 6-7am of fiding the car with its occupants dead they were also under surveilance and then maybe a primitive brick tracker which they take away with them And then they do not leave officers there to protect the crime scene which they should have done they just left the scene and reported it to the station its recorded on record that they did that then they leave the car for a member of the public to find and possibly destroy crime scene evidence WTF is that! and then cops come later with a pathologist who decides not to investigate time of death WTF is that then they should have cordoned the area off before removing the car to make an in depth investigation of the crime scene in situ WTF is that? my though is they did not care about who killed them, and that is reflected in the other leads such as billy jasper he handed it to them on a plate. the only other way i can think police were so negligent of doing their duty Was because they already knew who the killer was and they did not give a F**k.As it was seen as good ridance to bad news.
